I don't give 5 stars often, but this place deserves it!!! Great food!!!! I ordered the ceviche with the house sauce, absolutely delicious! Very very fresh and so flavorful!! It came with some tostadas, mayo and avocado. My wife ordered a mojarra frita and she said it's one of the best ones she's ever had! Very fresh and delicious! The mojarra came with rice, salad and tons of veggies. They also offered us some chips and salsa to start and we got a pitcher of Modelo beer. The establishment is very clean, the service is a 10/10!!! Can't wait to go back!

    Cucumber Agua Fresca

Ordered a shrimp Tostada and Cucumber Agua Fresca. The agua fresca was good. The tostada came 30-40 minutes later and it was alright. I asked the cashier how long is the wait for the food and he looked through the receipts and said "it will be right out". I'm guessing they forgot or didn't read the order ticket. No explantion from the employees. If I didn't check in with the cashier I'm pretty sure we would've waited longer. Anyways, I will probably not come here again.

    Botana & tropical ceviche

Fresh fish & lots of options to choose from on their menu! We ordered the camaron y atun botana along with the tropical ceviche and they were both delicious. I like that you get to pick what kind of sauce you want mixed in. I was surprised it was pretty much empty on a Saturday night. Def recommend!

Delicious food! Very neat aquatic ambiance with the octopus theme. Loved the shrimp tostada. Was probably the best tasting shrimp meat I've ever had. So soft and tender and juicy. Definitely coming back some time! The service was also very fast!

    3 street tacos - asada

Stumbled upon this restaurant while my husband and I were visiting Santa Barbara and it was the best decision we've made! I ordered the 3 street taco combo and the shrimp tostada and both were flavorful and had a lot of filling in each. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Plenty of seating and location of the restaurant is very nice. Highly recommend!

The Baja Gobernador shrimp taco was comparable to los agaves, smaller but a good value. 5 . Came back to get a gift card for my dad cause he loves authentic high quality Mexican food.

We really enjoyed the food here! We came for lunch and it wasn't packed. You order at the front and they're super knowledgeable and friendly. They even give free chips and salsa. We loved the ceviches, tostadas and aguachiles! The seafood on the tacos was a little skimpy so I wouldn't order a taco again but really enjoyed the seafood. The salsas also had good flavor and heat.

    Fish taco

Came here because the reviews hyped it up. But it was so bad! Each shrimp taco had one piece of shrimp that was mainly batter. My daughter's taco came with 2 tortillas and the smallest fish ever! We paid $90 for 6 pieces of shrimp and like 12 tortillas!! Insane! I do not recommend, sadly. :( Server was super nice, quality and quantity was very poor.

The food here is amazing! You can tell the quality is top tier. Wife ordered the carne asada tacos while I ordered the birria tacos. We also ordered a ceviche tostada. I am definitely coming back when the wife and I are in the area. The service is great too. Very friendly and attentive. Ambiance is great too! The interior is has a lot of seating. The quality in meat and shrimp is there. I highly recommend this place as well as Yona Redz.

I came in with my mom and had the Molajecete a LA Cucaracha and also ordered the Mixta ceviche and Santa Playa Botana, wow everything tasted extremely fresh and was an absolute delight to eat. The servers were also beyond attentive and very patient with how extra my mom is lmao. Leaving blown away and thoroughly pleased with how excellent the food was. 10/5 stars, would absolutely recommend. The owner is also super chill and always willing to do what's necessary to make your visit better.

Couldn't miss the opportunity to go this trip, we went for lunch right when it opened. We hate waiting in lines. We sat at the bar. The bar and outside patio seating filled up quickly shortly after we arrived and we were there on a Wednesday for lunch. It seem like a lot of locals/regulars showed up as the bartender and shellfish shucker seemed to know them. My friend loves their Bloody Marys, so he ordered one and I had a beer. We had 1/2 dozen Oysters and Cherry Stone Clams, along with Garlic Baked Clams and a bowl of New England Clam Chowder. The seafood was amazing, the gentlemen that was shucking the oysters and clams was phonomenal ... not one piece of shell, so clean, so fresh. The baked clams and chowder are also amazing. Atmosphere: great on the dock restaurant feel with great views. Food: excellent. Service: excellent.

Meanwhile, we walked along the Harbor as we waited for the message. We got a seat on the outside to enjoy the views and breeze. I ordered the Seafood Pasta with the clam chowder. I was stuffed by the time I was finished. It was a good place with good food to enjoy with good friends. Only issue I had was that the server doesn't come by enough. They can just take a quick walk to see if anything is needed. It took a while for the check to come and for me to pay. I had to go up to someone else to take care of the check.

However our last two visits did not stand up to the quality and service we have come to appreciate and love. We often go to Happy Hour where we often get pop rock shrimp and shrimp tacos but on our last visit the shrimp was not the usual. They seemed to be over cooked and not as tasty. We realize this can be an off day so we did try again last week; taking our granddaughters to dinner. Unfortunately again the quality and service was not our usual experience. The pop rock shrimp was again not as tasty and service started out great but quickly deteriorated. Our server forgot our bread after stating twice he would bring some. Everyone around us arriving after us had been given bread and we had not received ours yet. I had to get up and hunt the server down. Our meals did come timely minus the bread, but afterwards service dwindled. They did come back eventually and the granddaughters decided they would like dessert. We ended up waiting around 20 minutes for the dessert and apparently it had been sitting for a while as the ice cream and whipped cream was quite melted. My husband asked to talk with the manager and although he apologized he seemed very uninterested in hearing about our experience. He said sorry and left. Our dinner from beginning to end took from around 6:30 pm to end of dessert almost 9:00 pm This was only due to having lots of wait time for service. Not the best experience. I do hope they can get back to consistency of great food and service. But we may have to take a break from Lure for a while.

The fries were probably the best item out of what we ordered. Sour: We also ordered a lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster roll wasn't too bad but it wasn't that special. It was pretty small and it was only filled with claws. I wish the bread was crisp and the lobster had more flavor. It wasn't worth the price. The clam chowder wasn't so bad It was a little more of a broth based and not really creamy. It had the perfect amount of potato and clams but lacked flavor. Overall not a bad option but nothing out of the ordinary.

We ended up getting a whole lot of cod to munch on instead. We got a whole pound's worth of smoked black cod - half candy flavored and half savory flavored for $32 with tax & tip. Absolutely loved them both and prices seemed great for such well flavored, fresh fish. We liked the candy a touch more than the savory but enjoyed both. Staff was pleasant enough, plus they have a bench outside that we sat at for a few minutes to eat. I'd love to go back in the future and try their acclaimed live uni~!
