Dr Laura and her staff are very pleasant and professional. She calls you instead of you having to wait on hold for her. That's something I haven't ever experience from a Doctor or Dentist office. I went to her because she is one of few dentist in Santa Rosa that can fit you for a month appliance to fix sleep apnea. I was in for my semi annual cleaning today and the usual dental hygienist , who is very thorough and knowledgeable, is on maternity leave until the end of the month. I wasn't sure what to expect with the new temp cleaning my teeth but she was amazing. It was a very pleasant and painless experience. What an incredible experience. Dr. Ellefson Is very thorough in her evaluation, and showed me my teeth in a way I have never seen them before. She has pretty advanced imaging systems that allowed me to see every single thing she was explaining to me about work I need to have done. In the past I used to think I could bypass some of the work suggested but the way Doctor Ellefson explained things with the addition of the images, I was thoroughly convinced that I need to get this work done.Her staff is pretty amazing too. Her assistant was with me throughout the entire process even when I went in for my cleaning. She was very kind and gentle. In addition the front desk staff were On top of it and gave me an estimate of all the work I need done so that I can have an idea of the expense I can expect to have.
