I was T-boned a week into owning my car and unfortunately for me even though I was found not at fault there was an issue with my insurance policy to where I had no coverage. Waiting on the other drivers insurance payout took months and didn't cover the extent of the damage so I was going to be paying an extensive amount out of pocket. Mike had zero obligation to help me but did anyway. They were able to work with me on pricing and bring the out of pocket cost down and help me immensely. Santanas auto body has been the only shop I ever used since meeting Mike over 15 years ago. He has been the only shop that has taken care of all my cars since from Hondas to my Porsche. I have recommended him to all my family and friends and they all use him because he takes personal responsibility for the quality that is done in his shop. He always uses OEM parts not China imports for parts and your call will look like brand new when you get it back. Santana's Auto Body has been painting my cars since the early 90's. Which has been a total of 4 cars. Mike customized my Magnum. He removed my rear wiper, put on the Body Kit and painted it this beautiful color. He also painted it gloss black on the top and the sides. He painted this car 13 years ago and recently I damages the spoiler. I took it back to Mike and he color match and repainted it. I previously wrote a 5 star review, and have used this shop about 5 different times. My last repair took over 30 days because they could not fix the AC not blowing cold air. After many attempts and finally taking the car to the dealer, the problem was solved and my insurance paid for the repair. I brought up this issue of me having to pay almost $200 more for the rental, and I wast told not to worry about it, on at least 3 occasions, and that they would contact insurance company and get that taken care of. I texted the owner directly and received no response. I had this same issue a few years ago, but they only ran over by a day or two, and didn't make a big issue about it. From now on, I'll just take my car to whatever shop is recommended by my insurance. read more

Mike Santana's work is exceptional! A friend recommended Mike because we needed to find someone to do the repairs on my husband's work truck. Caliber had our truck for 5 weeks and nothing was done so we were desperate to find someone else. What a stroke of luck when Mike was recommended. He contacted us within minutes after our friend called him and he started working on the truck right away and the truck was completed in a little over 3 weeks. Mike has such pride in his work that he went the extra mile to make sure the truck looked really good. We have a Chevy Silverado and we were having problems with peeling paint and some of those spots were not I covered under the insurance claim but Mike took it upon himself and repaired and painted those areas for us anyway. What a guy! Now the truck looks better than when it was new! I can't say enough good things about Santana's Auto Body, it is so rare to find a business these days that take such pride in there work. I've been going to Santana's Auto Body for a few years now and every time we are in need of their service, they go above and beyond. I recently got my car back looking brand new with the work they did. They went out of their way and reserved us a car rental covered by my insurance, they buffered out the head light so it can look fairly new since the other one was replaced, they adjusted the stereo wires because we couldn't listen to the radio unless it was really low, they informed us that the front brake pads were really low mind you, that wasn't what they were repairing. Those are just some BONUS things they helped us with. They called me on Thursdays for updates about them waiting on parts to arrive, and so on. They test drove it before giving it back and updated me about the suspension being damaged, parts had been ordered and were waiting on the delivery to repair. I can go on and on. Marco was the gentlemen that helped me this time and Mike is the other gentlemen that has previously helped me with other repairs. Santana Auto Body is the place to go if your car gets dented. Earlier this year my wife's Toyota RAV4 was sideswiped in the parking lot at her work. The other person was insured and the insurance company sent me to a chain body shop. Guess what? They low-balled the estimate. Even I could tell. On a referral from a friend, I took the car to Santana Auto Body. The folks at Santana showed me what the other shop missed, and then came up with an estimate almost twice as high. Mike Santana called and assured me that he would deal with the insurance company and justify to them the higher estimate, which is exactly what he did! Santana arranged for a rental car through the insurance company and I dropped off the car. When I picked it up it was better than when I drove it off the dealer lot. They even cleaned the interior. I asked Mike if he could arrange to have the rental agency pick up the car at his place so I would not have to fool with it, and he said, "No problem." When I called the rental agency the next day to make sure there were no problems, they told me that Santana Auto Body dropped the car off themselves. Talk about service! First, Santana's did an awesome job repairing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee after it had been sideswiped and nearly totaled. Getting it repaired probably saved me $10K in depreciation if it had been totaled and I would have had to replace it. It has run straight and true since day one.
