Eric and his family business are wonderful in every way. They go much more beyond fixing your car's damages. As I drove my car home the day they fixed and cleaned it, I noticed the radio wasn't working at all, and the car didn't start once I parked. I was concerned it was something they accidentally/unknowingly did. Without hesitation, Eric and his dad drove to my home and helped address it in moments. Turns out I needed a new battery which I forgot about after my cars dents. Also I noticed a decal on my car was missing on the side they fixed. I found Proshine while requesting quotes to repair a large scratch on the bumper of my new car. I requested several quotes, and Proshine got back to me immediately. The price was fair, and the location was local, so I decided to message them back. Erick made an appointment for me to bring the car to the shop and he walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done. He honored the quote from the Yelp messages, and even threw in a touch up on a "ding" I got from some freeway debris. Erick was very personable and upfront, and did not try to bait and switch me for additional work. The whole project took (2) days, as he quoted in his messages, and he even opened the store on Sunday (his day off) so that I can pick up the car without missing work on Monday. NOT ONLY THAT, he sent me home with a spare can of touch up paint for anything else that might happen during the life of the car. As for the work itself, as you can see from the photos....AMAZING! I am beyonddddddd thankful I found this place and I can promise you if I ever need my cars to be fixed, I will be back here I scratched my 2018 accord on Tuesday and I wanted it fixed right away. Initially I was going to take it to a Fix It auto but they wanted to charge me $600!! So I did a little more research and found Proshine. I checked their yelp reviews, looked through the pictures and decided to give Erick a call. I sent him pictures of the scratch and over the phone he quoted me $325, said I could drop it off Friday and it would be ready by Saturday. My biggest fear in getting the scratch fixed was paint match. I was so afraid that the paint wouldn't blend in with the original, but when I went to drop off my car Erick assured me that they had the latest system to color match my car. Erick and his team did an AMAZING job on my car. When I picked it up, I couldn't even remember where I had scratched it. It looks like nothing ever happen. They have amazing turn around time, their prices are reasonable, they even picked me up and dropped me off because I didn't have my car. I highly recommend this shop. I would NOT recommend this auto paint shop to anyone. They don't even deserve one star. I had the worst experience with this shop. I took my car in in March 2022 for a paint job. I paid for half of what they were charging me. The young guy there who supposedly was working on my car never gave updates. I had to be constantly asking and was always given excuses as to why he couldn't get to my car. I asked for pictures since he never let me see the car. Never received a single picture. I was more than patient with him. SIX MONTHS LATER -- the guy tells me he couldn't do the job. I said fine, I'll pick up my car. He gave me the hardest time about releasing my car back to me. Every time I went, the place was closed and when he would agree to meet me there he didn't show up. When I took the car seats to him to re-install them, I tried talking to him & he gave me the silent treatment. Very bizarre & unprofessional. It wasn't until I got to the point where I was ready to involve the police & my lawyer did I finally get my car back & he was not nice about it. And very very little work was done to the car.
