(FYI, they do a temporary so that if there is a problem, they don't have to remove a permanent filling to address the problem) They told me to wait for 2 weeks to get the permanent fill, but I have to wait 3 weeks due to the possibility of jury duty during week 2. Then, a full year later in May 2026, I suddenly received a threatening notice claiming I owed additional fees that were never previously disclosed or itemized. The letter threatened to send the account to collections, yet provided no clear breakdown or explanation of these charges. This feels extremely unprofessional and misleading. If there were legitimate fees, they should have been communicated clearly at the time of service, not a year later with threats attached. I never received any prior notice about these supposed additional amounts. Very disappointing experience and poor billing transparency.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Tiboris and I was immediately impressed with his expertise (3rd generation and board certified) and care. He has family in dentistry and the way he explained the procedure made him very trustworthy. His staff was super friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I felt nervous the day of my procedure but I felt that his staff prepared me well with directions. After my procedure they sent me (and the person you bring to drive you home) they send you back with a care kit with supplies you'll need for post-op. What I really liked was that Dr. Tiboris personally called me after surgery and told me to call him if I had any questions or issues with the surgery site. Insurance/billing questions are answered by Tina- who is so nice and helpful.
