Shopping on a Tuesday morning. The place was pretty empty…read more I was shopping for a small shelving unit and there was a good selection. I almost didn't come here cause on their website they hardly had any options. I was able to find a good small billy. Unfortunately I wanted glass doors but the options were only black and white which don't really match the color of the billy (offset oak). Paying was torture. There is only self service and only 2 clerks to help with snafus of which there were plenty. So even though I was first in line I spent 15 minutes waiting. I also found that they no longer offer discounts for loyalty card except for a few "on sale" items. Maybe that's why they were so empty. Oh! And the food? It was ok but nothing was ready (still cooking) and so there was a long line of people waiting for the food. I wanted the new chili chicken but the wait was too long so settled for the meatballs. They were good but I was craving the chicken. This was around 1pm so they should have been prepared with ready food. It was a rather disappointing visit.

It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
