Ely is an honest man, and did right by me, and my family. He has gone out of his way to help us with a key issue that we have been going crazy trying to solve. After awhile, noticed he installed a new cheap brass looking door knob. I asked him why and he said the old door knob was "no good" and that he couldn't repair. After finishing, he gave me an outrageous invoice for $300 For only 30 minutes of work. He said to write the check directly to him and Not the company. Very shady and dishonest cause I was quoted differently over the phone. When I asked why the high price, he said he would remove the new locks and leave. I gave him a check made out to himself, Michael Verbitsky, not the company. He said that he bought Sam's Lock & key and he was running the business now. I would Not use Sam's Locks again.
