Not positive on the spelling) but she was SOOOO helpful in recommending good gift options for my buddies kids. She wrapped the clothes beautifully and even noted which box was for which kid. She was fun to chit chat with and truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and a highlight of my day. I'll be back!

I saw that this alleged boutique was close to our hotel, so my 4 year old daughter and I walked over to have a look. From the moment we walked in, a young woman seemed to be looking over us at every turn. It didn't dawn on me for a while that she was someone who works there, actually following me, presumably for loss prevention reasons, for the precise reason that this HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE! Usually sales associates flock to me because, based on the way I present myself, they know they are about to make a sizable commission. This might have made more sense if I was dressed casually or something, but I guess they see a lot of thieves wearing Hermes and diamonds? A word of advice to the staff: you sell onesies; get over yourself. Oh, and your selection is very pedestrian; get a new buyer because your sales floor looks like literal garbage.

I was able to find some really nice new onsies (8), 2 cute rompers, a snugli baby carrier, play mat with arch, 2 towels, 4 toys, a sun hat, tiny mary-janes and a bug net all for $31.36! no crowds and the checkout was prompt. I couldn't believe it! I was in retail heaven! Imagine shopping at Nordstrom's or Saks Fifth Ave but getting much better prices. I couldn't agree more. They are such a hardworking couple and deserve every accolade out there for small business. I always always always find great things here for my kids. Great selection of baby items small to large, clothes, dance wear, costumes, shoes, movies, books and toys. The clothes are always stain free and in meticulous condition and the prices are great. Lots of sales too! Big items are always clean as a whistle and also in great condition. The owners take pride in their selection for sure. The store is well organized by gender, size and style. Specific categories are typically highlighted at the front of the store or at the end caps. All of the pricing is great and they often offer sales throughout the year. Additionally they have a rewards club which is totally worth joining for various coupons. Recently I started selling some of my kid's clothes and toys back to Once Upon a Child. The process is easy, you drop off you items and check in online. The team then goes through your items and comes up with a bulk price for what they want to purchase. You can either stay in the store as they review, or get a text / call back. They do require same day pick up of cash / rejected items. The amount they pay you seems low - you could probably get much more on facebook, but it's quick and easy.
