Got a hair spa done here. Made reservations in advance in case they don't take walk-ins. The inside is so soothing. You are welcomed with a foot soak from the front desk as you are waiting for your turn. Unfortunately my appointment was at 2:15pm, but they didn't take me in until 3:15pm. But the quality of their massages made YL for the wait time! Tina was my girl! She gave the best massage! After the treatment, they give you tea and pastries which fulfill the full experience. Highly recommend and will be going back!

What an amazing experience! My husband surprised me to my first ever headspa session and it was everything I wanted! The ambiance was incredibly relaxing and my spa-nist, Suejane, ensured quality and comfort throughout my entire session. My husband and I cannot stop raving about how cool this experience was and how incredibly clean and healthy our scalps feel. We ended our session with a complimentary rough blow-dry for me, along with tea and little fruit tarts. I cannot wait to book my next session!

Tea & treats after elevated the experience so much!!

This was our first time for my mom & I, & let me tell you...this is a must go!!! The most relaxing time & the ladies there made us feel so comfortable & we're so kind!! I would highly recommend over & over again!! Thank you all again so much!! We requested the deluxe package & it was absolutely perfect!! Thank you again so much!!!

Went with other mom friends for a nice relaxing escape. I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first head spa experience. It was delightful... I wasn't expecting a foot spa when you arrive or the dessert and tea afterwards. The spa treatment was nice - I have a tough time turning my brain off but there were a few moments of happy zen during the facial cleansing, scalp massage and hair wash. I would go back. A few notes: - my shoulders and arms were sticking to the plastic cover on the table, which is natural. It would be nice to have a towel or sheet to top it. - they blow dry your hair afterwards so if you normally use hair products, maybe bring them and ask if they can apply it Another mom thought the scents were distracting but I didn't have that issue.

    Treat after the service

This was one of the most relaxing experiences! The signature treatment was amazing and my technician (Ivy) was fantastic! The ambiance of the spa was perfect and I felt myself go to sleep at least twice while having my facial and hair washed. Treat yourself ‍ you won't regret it!!

I *HIGHLY* recommend Sapa Head Spa. It was so tranquil and relaxing. BLISS!

Had one of the worst experiences over the weekend, I took my girlfriend here for a couples massage,…read moreI believe hers was ok but here I am two days later and Im bruised up , sore and still in pain from Sue grinding her elbows into my back I went for a Swedish massage and came out feeling worse then i did before going, my back I tender to the touch I'm not sure how skilled or even licensed these workers are but Sue definitely need some guidance, paid too much money for this foolishness, can't really see myself returning

Zero stars if possible. I have been going to this location for years. Went to buckhead once, didn't…read morelike it, here has been hit or miss. This time was the last. Will not return nor do I recommend. I am no novice when it comes to spas, massages, and facials. I frequently get all 3, and have experienced many all over the world. This place is awful. Customer service, nonexistent, skillset of the "masseuses", negative. I booked an hour deep tissue. This lady spent 60mins rubbing and oiling my body. Literally no exaggeration. No knots or tension relived, did not use her thumbs or fingers at all, straight open palm rub down. I should have left and refused to pay or midway asked for someone else, but they were packed. Why, I have no idea, because they are trash! And I did not want to cause a scene. I tried to explain to her where I needed her to actually massage me. Zero English. I might as well had been speaking to a wall. It's the kind of thing where as it goes on you're waiting for it to improve waiting for it to improve so you don't say anything and then by the time you turn around they're cutting the lights on and saying "OK", and you're still waiting for your actual massage to begin. That's how I felt. There is no way on Gods earth these are LICENSED masseuses. I know the little walk-in reflexology foot massage places are just random people working, but I'm not sure if here they're required to be certified to massage bodies. Ain't no way. My massage was not even giving "it's my 1st day." That was more like, we're short staffed, let's call a relative to come in a take clients. I'm so upset, now I have to pay to try and attempt to get a real massage elsewhere. I am convinced the "massage therapists" in GA buy their certifications. I literally have to fly to Boston anytime I need a massage just to be satisfied. I come out, go to the front to pay. They are so unconcerned they didn't even notice if I was walking in to get a service or if I had come from the back after completing a service. The girl asked me if I want to leave a tip. Not how was the service? did I like it? Nothing. I told her the service was horrible and she did absolutely nothing but rub oil on me for 60 minutes. Her response to that was "will you be paying cash or card?" Enough said. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else and thank me later.

So I was referred to this spot buying someone at work so I gave it a shot. Is it a shopping mall…read morestrip parking lot and it's free parking. There's a few other places here but this is the only spot like that in the shopping area. You come in and you're greeted at the door for check-in. It's really simple and easy, and they started on time. I had a 5:00 reservation, by 5:00. I was walking back. They have a number of specials there that you can pick from them on the list and all of the prices are very very reasonable. You'll come in in there. It's very soft music playing in the background. Even though typically I would have my earbuds in. But the environment is very nice and peaceful regardless. I got a foot and a full body massage. Again, all of them started on time, and we're very thorough. For the foot massage. You'll sit in the chair for a half hour and they'll use hot towels and oils and everything along those lines to get you together. Then they'll give you slippers to go elsewhere if you have something else that you're doing. It was a great massage. Next up walking to the massage table room, it worked out really well. You'll go and disrobe and they'll get you together with hot oils and stones and things like that to make sure it's a good experience. I also appreciate it the inquiry to whether it was something else that could have been done, for example, making sure that you had two little or more pressure if it was needed. They also had hot towels and a hot stone rub as well which was really good. And the end you get tea or water and you pay with the ticket that was given, and you're out the door. A very easy peasy situation. I thought they were very professional and very pleasant to be around. I would definitely go back.
