As long as you are flexible with anyone to cut your hair, then you can be seen ASAP. I always call beforehand and I always get to be seen same day within the next 2 hours. I only had two people cut my hair here, Michelle and Ken???? Ken is a new guy with dyed hair and speaks limited English. Michelle has been doing this for a while. I loved their old location but this new location definitely helps their salon shine. Lots of natural lighting and room for them to really allow an open space concept with seating throughout for others to see the magic happens. For the price of $28 before tip for a male's haircut, I think it is a fair price to ask in this economy and prime location. Hairwashing and shampoo is included for before and after the cut. Also if you want them to style your hair and prepare it for the day then that is also included with gel/wax/hair spray (your choice). Use cash if you can to avoid the 3% credit charge fee. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! This was my first time having any injectables done - I got filler in my lips and arrived still needing a consultation and professional opinion. My appointment was at 9:35 am on a Sunday at the studioplex location. I was nervous about the pain of injections after googling how bad it would hurt the night before but Angela put me at ease and totally accommodated me (had me lay down in case I passed out, iced my face, etc). I arrived about 30 mins early and Angela was able to see me about 20 before my actual appointment time, super considerate of my time. We had a brief consultation and talked about being conservative but still achieving the results I wanted. She numbed my lips for ~15 mins and they were good and numb by the time she started injecting. I am very particular and perfectionistic so it was a big leap of faith to trust someone with my face but Angela just gets it. My results are beautiful and she specifically said in my appointment the goal is to make it look like your lips, but better - not make it look different. I didn't know exactly the amount of filler I wanted and she basically said she would inject until it looked great, ended up using about 7/10ths of the syringe. Definitely the kind of professional to make the choice to send you home with beautiful results rather than try and sell another syringe or treatment just because she can. The injections felt like someone was just pinching me with tweezers, not even as bad as a bee sting. So so quick and easy. No pain after and hardly any swelling! I have a very light bruise 2 days later but it looks like nothing happened to anyone other than me. Literally everything could not have gone better. I think I walked out 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, so efficient. I will absolutely be back for Botox and recommend Angela to anyone who asks!

My deep whiteheads would never naturally go away and had a very hard time rising to the surface of my skin. Not only did they stay stubbornly stuck in my skin, but some of them would also leave dark purple brownish scar even when I didn't pick at it or touch it at all. I knew I couldn't extract them myself so I went to many different estheticians to see if they could do the extractions for me. I was surprised to find out not everyone can do it well. In fact, there were exactly two people that I was satisfied with. One person did it well but would not continue to accept me as a client unless I used her products. I knew I didn't want to go with that option so on my desperate search, I fortunately came across Keyanna. She was not only able to extract the root of the whiteheads but she did not cause my skin to scar and bruise after the extraction. FINALLY!! I found the right person!! Over the course of the next few months, I was going to Keyanna regularly for facials which of course include extractions. She customizes the facials to fit my needs and makes suggestions on what she thinks will be best for my skin during each visit. In between treatments, I noticed there were much fewer whiteheads forming and my skin overall just started looking much healthier, which was very exciting for me! Now that my whitehead issue was being treated, I found that there was another skin issue I was dealing with. After years of having the wrong people do extractions for me, my skin was forming ice-pick scars that looked like small, sharp craters all over my cheeks. Keyanna and I decided it was time we turn to microneedling and I'm glad so glad we did! We finished my 4th treatment a few weeks ago and my skin is looking brighter and smoother each time. Ice pick scars are actually very difficult to treat but I am so happy to see that the small craters are starting to fill up and smoothen out.
