Sapor is an immaculately clean coffee shop with a bright, uplifting vibe. You have your choice of several coffee brands. I liked the Servant latte with whole milk, delicious even without any sweetener. There are pastries available, too. The seating is great, and there is also a large table for groups. Parking is terrific and plentiful in a covered garage for FREE! The noise level is medium when the place is full. Check out the amazing Lego spaceships above the barista area. Our barista was very knowledgeable and helpful, but one customer, named Nathan, was a delight. He had a sign posted at his table, "Join me for a conversation." What a fantastic idea! Of course, Pat could not resist! We had a wonderful talk with Nathan and learned he was from Long Island, NY. His parents, brother, and sister had all moved to Denver as well. Nathan is a potter, attends a music writing workshop each year, and has started a new job in sales. You meet the best people in coffee shops!!! read more

Clean and modern open space cafe. The coffee was excellent and tasty, it was too bad their seasonal pandan latte was unavailable as it sounded very good. One staff member was running the place by himself, but did an excellent job switching between cashiering and preparing drinks & heating pastries. Lots of seating that is very spaced out - saw a few folks working on laptops as well. We got both a hot and iced latte, with oat milk, one with sakura sweetener and the other with Colorado honey. Both were tasty, not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetener to add flavor but not overwhelm the drink. We also got two pastries - a savory one with Gruyère and leek. The other was a key lime cruffin. Both were very flaky and had an excellent crunch. Personally I liked the savory one more, but the key lime flavor in the cruffin was also a lovely strong tart flavor. No complaints for either. Sapor is a bit outside the main downtown area but this a solid coffee place. Very quiet too. read more

I was excited to work from here and try their drinks for the first time! Lots of open space and high ceilings here. I think roughly half of the tables were taken when I was here on a Thursday morning. I got an oat matcha with their sakura syrup. I love that they have a sakura syrup! That being said, I didn't love the matcha and sakura mix, but that's probably just me. I would have also liked my matcha to be a little stronger. read more

It is pretty echo-y so maybe not the best place to go if you have to take work calls but if you're just working, it's perfect! I got the blueberry matcha and it was good! definitely on the sweet side but one of the better matcha's i've had at a coffee shop in Denver! Definitely on the priceier side. There is a decent amount of seating, the music is fairly low, and it has a modern feel to it. A cute coffee shop in a pretty busy area. Sapor is on the corner of Speer and 26th Street, and it is connected to a building with a few other businesses and an apartment complex. Parking is terrible, but the kind staff makes up for it. I love the open concept of the cafe. It isn't as tiny as one would think given the location. My Thai tea with almond milk was superb, and I am happy to have this as my regular coffee shop in the neighborhood. Keep it up guys! read more

We took a detour to Denver and found this spacious, fun coffee shop with a menu featuring all of the classics. The barista was so nice and patiently answered all of our questions about drinks. They had seating (with a ~2 hour time limit) and tons of folks were working and chatting with friends. The space itself has high ceilings, clean restrooms, and many tables. I loved the vibe of the whole place and would totally recommend! They aren't too milky and a touch of vanilla made it subtly sweet. The cacio e pepe croissant was interesting. I haven't seen that anywhere else, but admittedly I'm more of a fan of sweet croissants. I LOVE this spot. Friendly staff which makes all the difference. Very industrial look and any time I work here I am always getting compliments on my backdrop :) They try to limit dine-in guests so you have a 2 hour limit, but everything is thoroughly cleaned and I am always spaced out from others. Coffee here is SO good! Iced, hot, flavored, however you take it, you can bet it's going to be good. I think they have free parking, but luckily I am close enough to walk. Me and my husband like trying new coffee spots and this place came up and had great reviews and we wanted to give it a try. We came in right when it opened and the inside was very nice and clean but, the gentlemen working was not very welcoming and very rude. We ordered two drinks and a cinnamon roll for 30 dollars plus an extra dollar for alternative milk for our drinks. The matcha tasted more like whole milk when I asked for oat, and the cinnamon roll was warmed on the outside but cold solid on the inside. We were really looking forward to trying this place out by all the reviews on how many people recommended but, we left very disappointed. We're just not sure if we came on a bad day for the employer or what the deal was but, it was definitely a buzz kill for us. Maybe others will have better luck. read more
