Their prices are usually very good, like a dozen pieces of stainless steel flatware for around $2-3, or an 18 inch wooden pepper grinder for $30 (sold in consumer-oriented stores for around $75). Their one downside is they seem to have a problem keeping product in stock. Several times I've gone there looking for a particular item, and I can find the tag on the shelf, but there's nothing there.

Definitely was not expecting that! True to her word, I came back a few hours later and they were completely good to go. She even did minor adjustments after I put them on my face to ensure the perfect fit. This level of professionalism, courtesy and competence was unexpected and sincerely appreciated. Stihl products have to be purchased from an independent dealer, but you can buy Honda mowers/snow throwers at Home Depot. What's nice about buying from places like Anderson is that they don't just give you your stuff in a box. They assemble it, add oil and fuel, and show you how to operate it. That alone is worth it. They are also very knowledgeable about the product lines they sell, whereas an employee at a "big box" store may not be. They also take care of registering your equipment for warranty purposes when you buy something. As of right now, I don't need anything else. Should I need a Honda Generator or some other piece of equipment, I will buy from Anderson Industrial Engines again.
