Motor coaches, mini busses, vans, limousines, they got it all and they do a great job at showing up on time and in professional vehicles. I guess only thing I can recommend is to not lose your stuff, as they aren't baby sitters who pickup after you ;) Grown adults shouldn't have any issues working with Umbrella!

Umbrella Bus barely got our passengers from Point A to Point B, did not do so efficiently, and arguably didn't do it terribly safely. We booked Umbrella for a 54-passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from our wedding hotel to our ceremony venue, and then from the ceremony venue to the reception venue ($1050 total). I confirmed this itinerary with their staff by email and phone several times (at least three), because they kept sending me invoices that only showed a partial itinerary, but they assured me that they had the correct itinerary written down and would read off the correct itinerary on the phone when I called. On the first trip, the bus driver got the bottom of the bus stuck on a steep hill, rendering it unable to move. Guests had to walk nearly a quarter mile from where the bus got stuck to the ceremony site. The bus was also blocking the entrance to the park where the ceremony was held, meaning that park visitors and several wedding guests who were behind it were severely delayed in getting into the park. We had a couple of guests who missed some of the wedding ceremony because the bus blocked the entrance for so long. It would've been 3.5 stars if only for this, since it wasn't 100% the driver's fault, though he should really have known what the buses he drives are able to handle. On the second trip, though, despite me confirming the destinations in the itinerary with Umbrella MULTIPLE TIMES, the driver had somehow been given the wrong destination by their dispatch, and took guests back to the hotel instead of to the wedding reception venue. My family members had to argue with the driver, who insisted that he'd been told to take everyone back to the hotel, and "I'm only doing two trips, how will people get back to the hotel?" but he eventually relented and took everyone to the reception instead, but meant that most of the guests were delayed by quite a bit in getting to the reception. This definitely wasn't the driver's fault though, and was clearly the fault of the company/dispatch. He did eventually take the guests where they needed to go, which we appreciate.

I'm honestly so happy with how everything turned out and our friends had such a good time. I got to play my playlist on their Bluetooth speaker they have set up in the trolley and it was amazingly loud and would catch people's attentions in the streets and they would wave at us. Ed the driver was super sweet and gave me several suggested routes. I went with his preference since I had no idea. On top of that one of my guests couldn't meet us at the initial pick up boarding spot. So Ed helped coordinate a location for them to meet us at and we picked them up from there. Super helpful!! The host Christine was friendly and great! She's a great host and really helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Armando the bar tender knows how to make one hell of a drink. Super impressed! Everyone kept telling me how much they appreciated it. And he was very patient dealing with my friends and I dancing every where lol. I would definitely hire them again!

While planning the day I was struggling to come up with something for 14 of us to do between the ceremony and an elegant evening dinner. This was both our second marriages, we love the city, we are so happy, and we want to have fun.. (and not walk a lot ha). We are a group of 20, 40 ,50 and 60 somethings all dressed up and ready to go, but where?! Our photographer suggested we rent a trolley through Events West. We figured it would be a great way to stay dressed up and see the city with our out of town guests. Ben the owner was great. I contacted him and he suggested we stop at a food truck and bring a playlist as they have Bluetooth capability. He is very friendly and genuinely interested in helping his clients have a good time. I paid a little extra so we could bring champagne on board - (and snacks!) total blast. Ben is great with pre arrangements. Things went smoothly and no surprises. After the wedding ceremony, Liz , the amazing ,super fun , responsible , driver was waiting out front of City Hall for us. We all went out, took pictures and boarded the trolley! The party started right there as we turned the corner of City Hall - the best! We had THE most FUN adventurous afternoon! Liz rang the bell and we laughed and laughed- we were all different ages and having a blast. We stopped up at the Presidio food trucks.. had some tacos in our wedding clothes, hopped back on.. went below the Golden Gate Bridge.. went throughout the city. Liz dropped us off at our hotel on union square! It was literally the highlight of the day!! Everyone said it was such a fun great experience. We had no idea it was going to be our highlight and so memorable. Our day was foggy and cool but no one noticed. The trolley is enclosed and has an open seating area in the back. It was so San Francisco. I highly recommend this adventure! Events West - contact Ben, Ask for Liz ! It was absolutely worth every penny. My group said "tell Ben he nailed it"! I called him soon after and thanked him. He said he was out of town purchasing 2 more trolleys for Nashville!! He's going to start a service in Nashville! I told him I'd write a great review and he can share it with them too! If you have an event in San Francisco or Nashville, seriously consider the trolley. It's private, authentic (old trolley car but on wheels). You can chose to get off and look around or stay on and cruise around. We got off 2 times .. mostly just had straight up fun. Do it! LB

I've ridden BART plenty of times before. Usually it's crowded, sometimes a little grimy, but it gets the job done. This time, though, I was honestly surprised. The SF International Airport station felt clean, organized, and surprisingly calm. Maybe was because it was Saturday? Who knows. Either way, the whole ride felt easy and peaceful -- a really nice way to head home after an emotional airport goodbye.

I love it that it's connected and accessible to both SFO and Oakland Airport as its last stop. While visiting SanFran the traffic can be terrible, and parking is hard to come by, when in areas but many stations are conveniently located near major streets and popular attractions. There are 3 major lines to transverse between NorCal area - yellow, red and blue. The BART is clean and most people respect and follows the rules of "no eating or drinking". I also like now each exits are cornered off in plexiglass....previously it was wide opened so you see a couple local people (mostly teenagers or young adults ) jumping over the turnstiles to avid paying the fares.
