There were plenty of times available so I scheduled it next day. I was able to also pick the type of cleaning I wanted and it give me a estimate on the total cost. Bret texted me moments later to confirm. When Bret arrived, he was very professional. He took a look around and answered our questions. After, he provided us with a few package options on cleaning, and explaining each and it's purposes. It was a thorough explanation and we went with the cleaning with protection layer for the carpeted stairs. He recommended this package to us based on his experience. Bret took his time, made sure not to get anywhere else wet. It took a few short hours but the work was amazing. I almost didn't recognize the stairs. It practically looked brand new. Be aware of those scammers!! We ordered their services for today morning to clean 2 rooms and a sofa to prepare the house because I'm *40 weeks* pregnant!! And Bret furtado was not making the price clear!! When he came to do the job that we thought going to be 450$ he suddenly said it's only the sofa price and the full price is 600$!! We were trying to find a solution for this misunderstanding but even though we kept respecting him, He decided from nowhere that he's going to leave the house without giving the service because he feels "uncomfortable" (even though we should feel uncomfortable with a person taking advantage of our situation) so he left when all the house is literally on wheels and we won't have any solution for today. We agreed to pay this overpriced offer so I would have somewhere to sleep tonight as a 40 week pregnant woman, but he clearly didn't care. We found another company for another day unfortunately it means I wouldn't be able to sleep at my bed tonight but I'm glad to make it clear for any person reading this that the average price for the work we needed done is only 370$ - 420$ and not 600$ so do not let them upsell you and put you in the same corner. Another important detail I forgot to mention is that 3 years ago we got this company services and it was 300 dollars. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything and I decided to only add stain protector to my one bedroom and hallway.
