The receptionist suggested I go wait out and come back for the appointment. Once I came back for my appointment nobody was in the front desk but I could clearly hear 2 people talking in the back. They took 10 minutes to acknowledge me and once they finally did, The hairstylist said she had "no 2:30 appointment" she didn't even try to give a solution or anything. She said she wasn't sure "who scheduled the appointment" and "she was alone" and that she had already schedule an appointment for 3pm. Sucks that I wasted over 50 minutes of my time waiting outside in the front door for nothing!

The entire process was seamless. I found her online and within minutes we had an appointment set. Note: she does not accept walk-ins, this is an appointment-only type of service. The location itself is a quaint little spot with different businesses all in one building and it has a nice waiting area. Parking is limited but there is plenty of street parking since the building sits on a corner. I highly recommend Brenda for your updos.
