Late post: I loved the care and attention from Ivon. She was attentive when asking what I wanted and her execution was on point. My hair is very thin and wavy. I expected my hair to be damaged after adding color and know it requires mask and other care. My hair always gets damage even after slow progressive coloring. I gave the salon 5 stars because I typically don't get the attention I received and the desired look I imagined. I felt like I was wearing a wig. Super busy on the weekends, prepping for weddings and quinceañeras. Even when you make an appointment, they get delayed and don't stay on schedule. However, if you come any time of the week, it's pretty slow so they can fit you in. Their clippers have a vacuum so hair doesn't fly all over the place for men's cuts. It would be best if you can speak Spanish or have a translator. Ivonne does a great job on the keratin treatment. She makes sure your hair is healthy enough for the treatment and takes her time while doing it. For cuts and color, I only come when my personal hairstylist has time to come. read more

Two weeks ago I stopped by the salon to speak with the owner in regards to getting my bridesmaids and I(bride) ready for my big day. They were nice and told me that I can come in for a trial run that would cost $50 so that day I paid. I came in the following Saturday for my trial. I showed them the hairstyle that I want. Needless to say It was nothing close to the photo I showed them. I came out looking like Snooki from jersey shore, just awful. I had asked the lady to redo my hair twice because it looked nothing like the photo. I gave up after asking the 2nd time to redo. I then went to the owner after the awful hair do to get my make up done. She didn't bother to color match me. She grab the first foundation and just start applying like crazy (It was so white on my face, when I'm actually really tanned). I asked for a wing eyeliner and blended eyeshadow. My wing eyeliner looked nothing like the photos I sent her they were two different wing liners with three eyeshadows that were not blended the slightest bit. Do not go to them unless you want to look like a clown. After the disappointment I was getting ready to leave when the lady said you still owe us $51. It was so embarrassing that they would bother to ask me unfortunately I paid because I was embarrassed. Do not go to them. My hair was a full of Bobby pens that were falling out left and right hours after leaving. ( I posted pictures of what I got and what I requested) check out the wings on my eyes they do not match. Totally not a place where I would recommend a friend to go. Went there as a walk in and I'm sure that was the worst decision that a girl can do. But my split ends were just getting the worst in me and my actual a hairdresser was busy....so I did and took the chance. Since it was close to home. So went in and got seated right away for a Tuesday not busy what so ever. Anyways my hair was left uneven!!!! Omg not a person to complain and make someone feel like I don't want to pay but left immediately to my actual hairdresser and got it fixed. Have been coming here for a couple months to get my bangs cut by JENIFFER, finally decided to get my hair cut to even out the length, asked her how much she was going to cut, was fine with the length, (also my hair before I went into the salon was down to my back, touching my but ) she cut my hair dry, #1 I'm not a hairstylist but I know from experience that your never suppose to get a dry haircut. After she was done my hair is now not passing my under boob, and is slanted and crooked, I wanted my hair cut even, the right side of my hair was longer then the left, and now the right side is shorter then the left. I called to complain and the disrespectful front desk lady told me it was my fault that I always come to her as a client, isn't it your fault for having a uneducated hair stylist working in your hair salon ? Please DO NOT have your eyelashes done by this disgusting person, I think she's the owner.. Her work is disgusting and yes I'm upset! She should not be allowed to do eyelashes, she is giving the industry a bad name.. I gave 1 star only because that's the lowest rating I could give!!! I had to get them redone by a professional.. I could have lost my eyelashes or worse caught some infection.. she literally just clumped them together with a glob of glue.. luckily I found a REAL eyelash tech that did a fantastic Job, taking them off because they were bothering my eyes hurting and itching extremely bad, needless to say some of my own had to come off too.. I've been going to k bello for 3 years and always get my hair cut with Rosario. I love how she cuts my hair and takes her time with the split ends. The prices are always good. Ive cut my hair short and had long layers. Ive dyed it multiple times and i always love the results. Ivonne is amazing at what she does with color but ive never booked an appt with her but i have seen her work and its amazing her makeup is also so beautiful. My appt are always on time, Ive never had to wait for an appt i set up. The bad thing is the parking ! There is only about 10 parking spots and there is a business next to them and the hairstylist park there too so it is very hard to get a parking spot. Came here a few weeks ago with my two girls who by the way have super long hair so it makes things harder. We had an appointment to get our hair done for a wedding and they did a great job. Their hair looked beautiful and we got so many compliments. I also went ahead and got my makeup done, I wanted something very natural looking it was still a little heavy but I needed to go so I left it alone. I went to K Bello for the first time in Jan. 2011. Had an appointment for hair and make up. I was beyond happy with their work. The make up was AMAZING! Make up and hair lasted all day long and all night long. My hair was perfect and it didn't go flat or get frizzy. I went back in July 2011 for make up and hair and again had fantastic results. Make up and hair looked AMAZING!! There prices are very reasonable. During this visit I had one of the hair stylist fix a bad haircut I got from another salon. I'm happy to say that K Bello has a new client not just for hair styling and make up, but for my hair cuts and color. The best part is that they work in a team environment and you aren't just another number to them. They all make you feel like you are their only client even when the salon is full. They are a full service salon from spa treatments to hair care and I am looking forward to my sister's wedding knowing they will do an excellent job. read more

Went in for my first visit on 06/16/17. I had an appointment with Rosario. My appointment was on time which was a surprising occurrence since you are barely ever seen anywhere on time. Being my first time, I was hesitant, especially since I was about to have about 10 inches of hair cut off. But she was great! Washed my hair, then began the cut. Walked me through everything she was doing, repeatedly asked if lengths were to my liking, brought me drinking water, blow dried, and even taught me how to style my hair (I SUCK at styling). She took her time and was attentive. And I loved the end result. And all for $20! It is not the most chic place you will enter and from the outside (it is next door to an audio store) might not feel so inviting, but I was glad to find this diamond in the rough. Absolute worst hair cut I've ever had in my life when I asked for them to fix my hair the other hairdressers decided to defend the fact that the hairdresser who cut my hair did an even job (not at all the case, the line was completely jagged and uneven) mainly because she had cut my hair while it was dry then the owner of the salon proceeded to tell me that the haircut was fine along with the other 2 hairdressers, again I pointed out the uneven ends and cut I began to get frustrated with the lack of professionalism I continued to ask for them to fix it and they continued to tell me it was fine! Not sure if this lady just wanted to go home or was to lazy to fix it.. I told the owner that I was not going to pay until someone fixed the awful haircut she decided to call the cops.. Really, I would never walk out without paying I asked her to fix it I sat for 20 minutes in a chair asking the hairdressers to fix it finally she cut an even line (somewhat) I would NEVER come back or refer anyone to this place not only are these haggard women unprofessional inexperienced but they don't care to speak English or about the customer satisfaction it makes me sick that someone could operate a business in this manner. They did a good job here BUT they are horrible with appointments! Everytime I go and make an appointment ahead of time I'm stuck waiting an extra half hour. If you must go, make sure you call ahead of time like 3-4 times to make sure they are available! Nothing is more annoying than setting up an appointment and having to wait. read more
