We had been looking at houses in The Grand for several years, including wintering in AZ a couple of times. Just hadn't made the move to purchase. We hit it off with Mark immediately; finding him open, honest and witty with an infectious laugh. Most important to us, he was laid back and not pushy. We weren't looking for an agent that day. In a discussion later we decided if we were ever going to buy a property he was our guy! Every agent asks if we are represented when looking at a house and as soon as we say no they are all over us...not Mark. He was great!! Just chill about it. Fast forward to end of January 2026, we had decided it was indeed time to finally make a move to purchase in The Grand. We contacted Mark and he immediately asked about our home priorities in order of importance. He then lined up plenty of showings. We looked at approximately 15-20 properties over a couple of days time that fit our needs. He nailed the properties making it difficult to choose our favorite.
