It's all items that are cooked in large batches and kept warm. Not that that is bad, but I do wanna 'warn' people that this place isn't an actual restaurant. You can sit inside the building. It's small and somehow kinda loud. There's a lot more tables outside. It's meant more for a quick lunch or a summer snack. Their actual building is open seasonally. They do cater! This is a cute little snow cone stand that's only open from late spring through summer, closing…read moredown for the season when schools starts back up (which is a shame, because it's still hot enough for snow cones well into the autumn around here). Each snow cone is made-to-order, so if the line gets long, there might be a bit of a wait, but they do their best to keep things moving. The first thing they ask is what sizes and how many snow cones you want, so they can get your order started while you pick a flavor. They offer an impressive number of flavors, from standards like strawberry and grape to surprises like daiquiri and papaya, though the taste definitely leans in the direction of "candy-ized" rather than "real fruit" flavors. You can order between one and three flavors. On default they seem to pour the syrups on separately -- a la Neapolitan ice cream -- but I've occasionally seen them mix it all together. They're very generous with the syrup; I've never run out of the flavoring only to be left with plain ice, but I often have a soup of melted ice and syrup at the bottom of my cup. If you have small children, it may be worth investing in one of the no-spill cups, because the ice is packed so precariously that even as an adult I'll lose a few bites to the pavement.

I ended up buying ~20 lb of frosted peanut butter pretzels, which were on sale due as they were "seconds" aka slight manufacturing mistakes. Still delicious though! There's smaller quantities on sale too if you don't want to go all in. There's a museum-type area in the back where they show the old candy machine that fueled the original candy shop, and a TV showing how the candy was produced. Of course, the production is now modernized. There's a large bulk section for candies, and a candy counter. The service I received in the shop was impeccable. If I'm ever back in town, I'll make sure to diet a bit before returning to this shop. It is excellent.
