Dr Sara Naderi and Team are wonderful. Dr Naderi has taken excellent care of my teeth for 10+ years. In that time, I've needed new crowns and replacement crowns as well as routine cleanings and xrays. All of the dental work has been painless (after local numbing) and has been durable. Dr Naderi gives excellent information and guidance to help me make well-informed decisions. She offers additional services such as invisalign and whitening for those who wants them, but I never have felt pushed to use these services. Carol is a great assistant and technician and my crowns have fit wonderfully. I've been happy with the cleaning done, also painlessly. I even had a deep cleaning done that required numbing and that also was far less nasty than I feared. The entire team works harmoniously and the overall office spirit is very calm and relaxing. Dr Naderi is a very kind and giving person. I am aware of the pro-bono care she has provided to a parent-less set of refugees and am sure they are not alone in receiving these gifts. I am so glad to be back with Dr. Naderi. I was a patient for quite a few years. I retired last year, and she was not in the network for my new dental insurance. I tried other dentists that were in the network, and it was a disaster. I opted to go back to Dr. Naderi and paid out-of-pocket. This year I got additional dental insurance in which she is a network dentist. Dr. Naderi has saved my front teeth when other dentists said they should be pulled years ago. Just recently due to an accident, I dislocated my beloved front teeth, and she was able to bring them back and save them again. Her work is innovative, comfortable, and she looks at cost-effective alternatives. In addition, her assistant is very capable, and they work beautifully together. The hygienist is thorough and knowledgeable. The billing specialist knows everything about all insurances and submits accurate and timely claims. Another perk is the scheduling provides on-time appointments with little or no wait. The office is welcoming and pleasant. I'm so glad to be back with Dr. Naderi. read more

Don't believe these negative reviews. I've been looking for a dentist for a long time and have always had older male dentists. Nothing against them but I have never had a female dentist and because I have such bad anxiety about the dentist I looked for a female one. I'm very glad I found Dr. Naderi because she is so sweet, gentle, easy-going, and nurturing, it's almost like having your own sweet mom work on your teeth. No one on her staff over-reacted to my anxiety, and squirming, and questioning, they just made me feel calm. I didn't even have to take the gas here which I signed up to take--just Novocain. I don't care about the cost, or price, or insurance. It's about feeling good about going in to get the best work done. You want cheap, go to a Tijuana dentist and take your chances. High Praise to Anne Marie (spelling?) dental hygienist at Dr. Naderi's office. I am a communication disabled patient. So, I may not get all staff member's names rights. But, my hygienist Anne Marie was extremely kind, gentle and understanding. Indeed, many were as they had to work around my communications disorder. As a past employee of a dental and dental surgeon's office, I know what loving care goes on behind the scenes in a medical office. Dr. Naderi's team has the class, compassion, and intelligence to deal with patients of all ages, and abilities. 6 stars for her hygienist, if I could give her one. I must say this has been THE best dental experience of my life. I am one those that would be classified as having a phobia of the dentist. Always have no matter what. Since I discovered this dental office locally in Clairemont I have had the BEST service and experience I could ever have. I have been going here since 2004 when a Different Dr. was present and I have stayed with them through the transition. Wonderful staff. EXTREMELY attentive of any and all needs. and I am NEEDY! OK, So my mom always said get a second opinion !! And I am so happy I did. Most people do not know that if you have a tooth pulled your teeth shift changing everything if you can save that tooth you must..... Most pleasant Dental experience of my life! I was experiencing discomfort with a Tooth, having not been to the Dentist in way too long, due to lack of Insurance, I stopped in to inquire about being seen. I was given an appointment the same day, at my convenience. From the minute I walked into this office, until my procedure was complete, I was treated with warmth and kindness by the entire Staff. Dr. Naderi was so gentle, I was done before I knew it. Not having Insurance, I was informed of payment options I have, for my future. They offer a yearly Plan with cleanings and xrays, and 20% off on all procedures! I will definitely be setting up future appointments. I couldn't be happier that I chose Dr. Naderi as my new dentist! My long time dentist retired and on my moms recommendation, I decided to give Dr. Naderi a try. The great experience started as soon as I called the office to see if my insurance was accepted. Jayne was so pleasant and welcoming, I immediately knew thos was going to turn out well! They were able to get me in promptly and Dr Naderi and her hygienist Carol were wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable and always put my comfort first. i couldn't believe what i read about this place from one of the reviewers. The doctor is by far the kindest dentist i have dealt with she always lets me know what's going on and always asks how i'm doing. she also brought up invisilign to me but at the time i didn't want it and she went to ask her receptionist to work out a plan to pay for it when "I" wanted . it was so great that she went out of her way for me to have better health and she never insisted anything with me but she always did tell me what needs to be done but never tried to force anything upon me. The appointment was also great, they called me and reminded me that my 6 month checkup time is up and got me an appointment that week. A+++ read more

The office was so clean , professional sitting, welcoming and peaceful. I had appointment for cleaning, x Ray and checking up .as soon as step in their receptionist welcome me in with a nice smile, find my chart and little short after their hygienist, came, called me, introduce herself and try to work on my mouth. She was very nice, fast, professional, respectful, and explain every step of the way after all, Dr.came checking up all my teeth explaining all issues along with her recommendation . Dr.Naderi is very aware of her patients' status. She really cares about how her patients feel and checks on them regularly to make sure everything is alright after the treatment which means a lot to me as a patient. She explains all the options that I have for treatment and their upsides and downsides compared to one another and how necessary each one is. This helps me decide what I want to do easier and without any pressure. Her staff are also very friendly. I was looking for a new dentist closer to my home and a neighbor recommended Dr. Naderi. I went in for the first time this week and am pleased to say that both the hygienist and the Dr. herself were outstanding! I'd been going to the same dentist for nearly 15 years and felt like this exam, cleaning and feedback/direction on my home care were all a notch above my prior dentist's office. Excellent care! I would never expect a dentist to drop everything and get me in the same day I called. But that's exactly what Dr. Naderi's office did. Everyone was so supportive and what turned out to be an abscess requiring an extraction. Due to the infection it took forever for them to give me enough Novacaine, but after patiently waiting until I was 100% numb that god awful horrible pain in my ass tooth was gone! The Novacaine has just wore off and wouldn't you know it? I just got a text from the dentist office making sure I was doing OK. Thank you, Dr, Naderi and staff! read more

I took 2 friends of mine who are very new in this country for checking ( due to their circumstances as refugee, they haven,t been able to see dentist and many dental offices don,t accept their Insurance!). After checking their teeth and gums, she patiently explained to them all problems and asked her office to review with their insurance to confirm the coverage.
