Something felt right about this practice, so I took a gamble, and I am really glad the reviews led me to Doctor Eddie, whose office is wonderful. I really appreciate a nice family practice vibe that does not feel like a clinic, and that is exactly what I found. I am genuinely excited to have a dentist nearby, and since I was the guinea pig and it went so well, I am excited to send my friends and family there. Being picky as someone who has been in the dental field for 15 years, I have high standards when it comes to dentistry, and Doctor Eddie exceeded them! The parking and finding the office was a dream, big parking lots feel LUXE after coming from the west side IYKYK. The office is really clean, the girls are so nice, and Doctor Eddie is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I found out I needed to replace 2 of my old crowns that have been there for years. Dr. Eddie explained all the steps that I needed to take to get there. It was easy to make the appointment and I filled out all the intake forms/questionnaires online which saved me time. Apologies if I inadvertently left anyone out. The great thing about Northridge Advanced Dentistry is they are open on Saturday and took me for an Emergency basically same day, right away. What happened to me was on Friday Night celebrating my birthday I was eating excellent birthday cake and somehow my dental bridge of a few years with 4 implants I think, suddenly got loose but did not come out by itself- almost like a Yo-Yo for lack of a better term. I was afraid of it accidently finally coming out on its own when I was sleeping and swallowing it. I had called my regular dentist who operates independently elsewhere and he told me not to pull the bridge out on my own (he hadn't seen the problem) and he was in NYC for a week and couldn't see me till he got back to LA! I spent all evening trying to find a 24 hour dentist in Los Angeles- there are none I could find despite numerous listings on Google saying 24 Hour dentist, but I was fortunate enough to speak to Marlyn at Advanced Dentistry in Nothridge and she booked me that Saturday morning. Dr. Nia was able to glue the bridge back on perfectly, answered all my questions and reassured me everything would be fine which it was. I intend to have future cosmetic work done at Northridge Advanced Dentistry. A perfect 10 and to me nothing is a perect 10!
