Once we completed the blood work I later found out when trying to see her result that we did blood work that had nothing to do with her alopecia and it was for kids who are starting school. I was so mad. How can you make that mistake? I ended up talking to Dr. Troung and he told me he would request for my daughter to do another blood work with the correct lab test. I don't know if it was the doctor's mistake or the front desk but my daughter is only 4 and having her redo blood work again in the same month was the worst. On top of that my insurance bills me the second time for almost 2k. The front desk said my insurance would cover it. The front desk girl would never call me to update me on anything. I'd have to call multiples times just for her to have the answer already but never gave me a heads up. This place was very unprofessional. I even tried making an appointment for my son because he had things all over his face and the front desk girl said she'd have Dr. take a look if I sent a photo and would call me back afterwards. Never called me back, few days later once my son's symptoms cleared, I get an email saying they sent over medication to my pharmacy. Like what kind of business is this.
