She is super diligent and squeezed us in early morning when I was paranoid about my son's fever. # 2 She knows everything. She just sees symptoms and SPOT ON! She figures out diseases quickly that helps us to act on it. # 3 She will always give us the time to express our concerns and examine my baby thoroughly, no matter how busy she is. # 4 She LISTENS. She RESPECTS. Every parent has their own parenting style and she works with them , not against them. I always find comfort in her. Sh's extremely supportive regarding my co-sleeping and breastfeeding post 12 months. # 5 Her behavior IS THE BEST. My daughter has speech delays so she doesn't verbal communicate as well as the kids her age. However, Dr. Yang always found a way to get to her to speak up; although not a full on conversation but she would verbally say something. Dr, Yang is very sweet and patient, also knowledgeable. Once we completed the blood work I later found out when trying to see her result that we did blood work that had nothing to do with her alopecia and it was for kids who are starting school. I was so mad. How can you make that mistake? I ended up talking to Dr. Troung and he told me he would request for my daughter to do another blood work with the correct lab test. I don't know if it was the doctor's mistake or the front desk but my daughter is only 4 and having her redo blood work again in the same month was the worst. On top of that my insurance bills me the second time for almost 2k. The front desk said my insurance would cover it. The front desk girl would never call me to update me on anything. I'd have to call multiples times just for her to have the answer already but never gave me a heads up. This place was very unprofessional. I even tried making an appointment for my son because he had things all over his face and the front desk girl said she'd have Dr. take a look if I sent a photo and would call me back afterwards. Never called me back, few days later once my son's symptoms cleared, I get an email saying they sent over medication to my pharmacy. Like what kind of business is this. Many doctors are backing this up with evidence and they should respect parents' decision on this topic. Later that week, when I mentioned this to my PCP - who's also a conventional medicine doctor, he straight up said: "pediatricians make tons of money with vaccines, so if they kept parents like you it would send a message and they don't want to lose money". I told her to only vaccinate my 15 year old with meningitis vaccine as it was the only mandatory for school. She didn't honor my request and injected her with HPV as well.
