Our second to last time, I did not get a call for over 4 hours; I think they forgot which owner she belonged to Our last time, poor Meadow had her paw sliced open. I was not told about the injury and noticed when I put her in her car seat and I was covered with blood. Had to go to vet, get prescription ointment, and it took 2-3 weeks to fully heal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPS HERE!!!!! I don't usually leave reviews good or bad. But they hurt and cut my 4 dogs!!! I asked her about the multiple cuts she left on all of them, and she said they had fleas, even if they had them they don't leave blood like that on their eyes, neck, and nails, she cut their paws on one of them and when I showed her she tried to pretend it was something stuck in her paw, hurting my dog even more. They all were super scared and nervous when I picked them up. I'm so sad I took them with her, I walkways look for reviews to make sure it's a safe place for them and I was deceived. I've been coming here for a couple months for my dogs haircut, at first everything was good. My dog didn't have any reaction. This last time January 15.2024 I took him and when I got him back, he was okay a little irritation on his private but I thought it was normal. Well a couples days passed and his private got really red, inflamed and hurts him to pee I messaged her letting her know and NOT ONE ANSWER. I sent her a picture of my dog and how red it was. I asked for a " some type of refund" and nothing. Very disappointed. She cut too low, or what she used was dirty or not sure what she did but my dog suffered. He's my baby and I would of at least expect her to reply to my texts. I never leave reviews or let alone bad, but please don't take your fur babies here. Always check for cuts. read more

This Groomer has helped me out twice! My boss got a St. Bernard for free off next-door that's been passed from home to home and she wanted it cleaned immediately before she allowed it to be around her other dogs. This Groomer took us the same day, and the price was better than it would've been at a brick and mortar Groomer. Then, less than a month later, my own, St Bernard, I got cancer and she groomed him so that we could enjoy him in our house with a lot less hair all over the floor and in general a nice, smelling, clean dog. The only thing I don't understand is that her price for small dogs isn't competitive at all. But I do appreciate her being able to make an appointment on short notice. read more

Told this lady clearly over the phone and in person that I wanted my two month old kitten to get a bath, for her to just comb her hair and to shave her behind ONLY. What kind of cut is this? Her excuse for this is that she said it was loud over the phone when I clearly told her in person the service I wanted. This lady simply just walked away and I had to ask her if she could give me a time she'd be done. I'm so disappointed. She said some people like it like that like really? And tried to give me $5.00 off. I simply sent her the original payment $55.00 she charged. I'm never coming here again. And to top it off, she was bringing me a dog, thinking I was the owner and she allowed the dog to get on top of my side door not once, but three times. The car I'm currently driving is a rental car! I would give you 0 star if I can. My friend took my dog to them just to ask to cut him short. And this is what happened. They turned an adorable dog to a nightmare street dog. They skinned him even you can see the skin on the knee. Nails were terribly cut because they were still sharp. So my friend needed to wear them off afterwards. They clearly have no sense of what a dog should look like. Even my grandmom can do better than them. We cried after we see this work done. What a terrible shop, please please please don't take your dog to this nightmare tuning store. You would be regret. read more

This is my second time coming to Sarah to get my dog groomed and she does an amazing job each time! She takes her time to groom and care for my dog. He's a pretty anxious and nervous dog, but I can tell he's starting to grow comfortable around her which just shows how much she cares. Her rates are also pretty good! We have taken our dogs to various groomers in the area and none have been as great as Sarah. My dogs usually come back after a groom acting depress, not themselves at all. It takes about 2-3 days for then to adjust back to themselves. Not this time! We picked them up and they were themselves. Sarah did a wonderful job with our babies. She is a very nice lady that cleaned my new pet. We recently safe an abused dog from being euthanized by a nearby pound. He's very sweet. But is a husky/chow mix with a lot of matted hair. And, he is very afraid of people. It took a lot of time and effort, but she continued the effort until she had completed the grooming.
