All the groomers are so good with my Ringo. He's anxious and they've always handled him with patience & care. He gets groomed every 2 months and they're always so easy to book with.

Long Review Warning: Cat had BROKEN HIP BONES, but they still continued grooming while under extreme distress. Denies it, claiming my cat likely had NERVE or VACCINE related damage?!?! All receipts and timeline attached. 1/25/25 - Girlfriend and I noticed our cat Milo was limping, so we took him to Urgent Care immediately. They assumed it was muscular, prescribed some pain meds and anti-inflammatories. Slowly improved, so we scheduled a grooming thinking all was ok. 2/5/25 - Groomers came, and he came back heavily limping.. For the first time in my life, Milo hissed and scratched when anybody got close, and hid in a corner all day. And he is the sweetest, neediest lap cat. Never once hissed, scratched, or typical "cat" behavior in his life, so I knew something was definitely wrong. 2/6/25 - Took Milo in for an immediate vet visit. Once again prescribed pain medication/anti-inflammatories. 2/20/25 - Still limping heavily and not getting better. Noticed he would only try to lay on his back or other odd positions. When we tried brushing, anything lower body he would hiss and limp away to a corner. Took him to vet AGAIN, ordered x-rays just in case, and was prescribed another round of medication. X-rays came back okay? (specialist confirms later he had broken hip bones) 3/4/25 - Still no improvement, actually getting worse. Messaged these groomers to ask if anything was off during the grooming on 2/5. They said no, they never manipulate legs and paws. And suggested it might be NERVE damage. Or that a vaccine was causing the limping. And to try UV lights, and a "nerve tonic". And a blood panel Um okay? Didn't think much, but now it's clear it was an obvious deflection. 3/6/25 - Another vet visit, blood panel done (at the groomer's advice) which comes back clean. Vet says something is definitely wrong but doesn't know what. Refers a specialist who she personally trained under. Sends previous x-ray to them. 3/10/25 - SPECIALIST REVIEWS X-RAYS, CONFIRMS TINY BUT DEFINITELY FRACTURED HIP BONES THAT'S CAUSING LIMPING. Says it's often missed unless you're trained to look for it, but it was something he was 100% born with. And why he started to originally limp - the tiny fractures finally became a big one since he's a larger cat (part bengal). Had emergency same-day surgery to remove fractures costing $6,500. There was absolutely no way, that during an hour long grooming involving shampooing, drying, brushing, deshedding, and everything else. That they wouldn't have noticed he was in pain and extreme distress. Literal cracked hips, but claim nothing was wrong, and ask me to look into NERVE and VACCINE lameness? Is this a joke? I see now, they're very clearly only in this for the money. They even texted me at 8:28 pm at night once, asking if they can groom my cats the next day morning. I let it go. But in hindsight a clear indication that they're in this for the money. Willing to bother a client at night and ignore distress signs from an injured cat for personal, monetary reasons. They even threatened legal action if I post this review. And it's been a month so I must be lying, but all the evidence shows his bones were broken prior to grooming. And apparently that hip bones can only break during something like a car accident. EDIT: Your response shows ChatGPT has a long way to go. Nobody is expecting you to diagnose genetic diseases or have x-ray vision. The review is to lay the facts confirmed by a veterinary specialist surgeon. The sudden limping was caused by a full fracture that was definitively present during the grooming. Many cats have this congenital flaw of micro fractures in the hips, but aren't affected as they're lighter. A full fracture like Milo's only manifests in larger cats. The typical cat is 10 pounds, Milo is 15 pounds lean due to being part Bengal. His size is what caused the hip bones to fracture completely and cause the sudden limping a week PRIOR to grooming. It wasn't a gradual progression or disease as you are hoping prospective clients to believe. To suggest a cat with hip fractures to NOT show severe pain/distress during a full grooming is laughable. A well-behaved cat (your words) came back with a worsened limp, hissing, and being uncharacteristically protective. THAT'S THE POINT. He was in extreme pain for weeks before and after grooming. Bothering me at NIGHT to fill a cancellation shows your money-motivated actions and willingness to cross boundaries. Including but not limited to bothering a client at bedtime, or ignoring the needs of a hurt cat. A cat bite causing hospitalization, surgery, and months of rehabilitation, is absolutely ridiculous. Even if this dubious claim is true, you're telling me "professional" groomers don't utilize protective equipment? Any cat owner knows what it's like trying to bathe their cat. Which is why we hire professionals. Something you are clearly not. Just money-grubbing poseurs.
I love Royalty Unleashed and so does my fur baby! Their work is amazing! Definitely recommend 10/10 you won't regret it! Frankie does a great job with our fur baby. They have the most funny/cute little bond. My fur baby is always so excited to get groomed by his bestie. We 100% trust Frankie & Leslie with Duke. I really appreciate all the help I get from them both of them. Duke loves them!
Frankie & Lesley are absolutely amazing people. They look out for our babies, like if they belong to them. I am not one to leave reviews, but this one is way over due. They have been grooming my 11 year old rescue GS Nala, who loves them both for over a year and a half now. Frankie is always treating her with TLC and making sure she doesn't get hurt, even sacrificing his own back. I am posting a picture of him (that he is unaware I took), helping her off the truck by carrying her. It really warmed my heart. Thank you both for always going the extra mile for her and treating her with such kindness and compassion.

I was recommended Royalty Unleashed Moible groomer by a friend and they did not disappoint. I used to go to Petsmart and every time I would go they would cut my dog or her hair cut was not what I requested. They would make me feel as if I was a horrible dog mom. But Lesley made me feel comfortable and explained everything throughly , Nova was also happy after her grooming appointment. Will recommend , and will be returning . Thank you!!

So impressed with how wonderful our babies looked after being groomed. We were very satisfied and will be returning customers. We were actually given a sooner date from our appointment which was nice considering our dogs needed to be groomed. Excellent customer service. Hi, it's me, Roscoe. Yes, the handsome, mysterious mixed breed, and the lucky one still standing to tell you about Leslie the absolute best groomer a dog could ever dream of. Almost 10 years ago, Leslie started grooming me and my brother Lucky. We were inseparable partners in crime, explorers of the backyard, and champions of mischief... until Lucky, bless his clueless heart, spotted a human walking some fancy female dogs across the street. Did he think he could impress them? Did he even look both ways? Nope. He ran, and a speeding car... well, let's just say he's now the fastest dog in doggy heaven. Heartbreaking for us humans, hilarious in retrospect (don't tell Mom I said that). After Lucky left, we were gifted the tiniest, sweetest little chihuahua named Gizmo. For eight years, Gizmo was full of spunk, mischievous, bossy, and somehow always finding a way to sit on your favorite chair before you did. Time slowed him down eventually; he became fragile, blind, and walked like every step was a math problem he didn't want to solve. But Leslie? Leslie treated him like royalty the entire time. She pampered him, spoiled him, and somehow made his old-man antics look adorable. When it was Gizmo's time to go, she put her own commitments aside to be there for Mom, helping us say goodbye. Even I have to admit... that was pretty incredible. Now it's just me. And honestly? I'm loving it. All of Leslie's attention is mine. She grooms me, spoils me, and somehow manages to make me look even more handsome than I already am (a tough job, I know). I strut in like the king I am and Leslie treats me like it. Leslie has been there through heartbreaks, sad days, diva moments (mostly mine, obviously), and every wag, nap, and zoomie in between. She's not just a groomer she's family. She loves animals like they're her own, and humans like they're her own too. Every fur baby deserves her... and honestly, so do you. So, if you want someone who will pamper your dog, make your humans cry happy tears, and maybe even make a slightly mysterious mixed-breed like me roll over in pure joy, Leslie is your person. 10/10. Amazing Service This is our first time having a Standard Poodle after years of short hair, lower maintenance dogs. Our pup is 4 months old and we figured it's time he gets his first groom. I reached out to over 10 groomers for pricing and questions, many of which never replied back to me. Royalty Unleashed Mobile Pet Spa replied within minutes of my text! They provided me with a free quote based on a picture I sent them of our puppy and what we wanted for his first groom session. The experience was incredible. They listened to our wants and gave our pup a cut just like the reference picture we shared. The best part is, our little guy had a small ear infection that we were not aware of. As soon as it was spotted, they immediately let us know and we made a vet appointment that same day. The level of care and kindness that was shown from start to finish is much appreciated! I have been wanting to get my cat groomed and was so excited that I found this place with excellent reviews. This would have been my cats first grooming experience so we didn't know what to expect. My cat wasn't having it so we had to reschedule. I was told to buy a proper carrier and some calming meds to use for the next visit rescheduled in 2 weeks. We bought everything requested and we're even going to gift the groomer with a carrier that was too small for our cat. Two weeks came and went. They called to cancel said they'll have to make it in another two weeks. "Around 11-11:30am but could be as early as 10am" and that they will provide me with a more accurate time closer to that date. That date was yesterday. Never received the promised text. So I texted them close to 12pm and said' "so I guess today is a no?" They apologized and said they'd call to schedule something at their close of business. They texted me at 10:30pm and tried to reschedule for another two weeks in the future. Which, at this point they're not very trustworthy. So I declined. What a colossal waste of time and money. Now I'm on the hunt for another groomer because frankly these people are flakes. EDIT: In response to owner's response, You're right, I did say I was unavailable at 12:30pm, but that was after not hearing from you when we had the original appointment was for "11:00am - 11:30am, but it might be as early as 10". Sitting around waiting for you to come at the scheduled appointment and not hearing anything, not even to say that you were running late, did not leave me with much confidence to sit around and wait another 2 hours to say if MAYBE you would show up. Additionally, I did mention that my cat wasn't having it and that we did not know what to expect. We followed your recommendation and purchased a carrier (two really, the first one being too small) and the calming drops so that we could be prepared for the next visit that never happened. I was very excited to get my cat groomed and took time off work in order to get this done. I was prepared to pay anything to get this service. Just super disappointed that it never happened. read more

Reviewing again because they deserve it! Three years later and here we are with the BEST groomers around! I always get so many compliments on my babies ever time I post pictures of them right after grooming. Royalty Unleashed always goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Reviewing again because they're amazing. My pups have been groomed by them a few times now and every experience has been great. My lil one Zoey is not a people person, but loves her groomers. It is rare she likes people who don't live in her household. Zoey always comes home happy after her grooming, with other groomers she would come home mad & not want to be touched. Our big boy Legends skin has improved so much ever since being groomed by them. He no longer has flakes and is the softest boy now. I'm so happy we found them. read more

Thanks again Lesley and hubby for your wonderful work to our fur babies! They smell really good, silky fur and clean teeth. Quality work as always! Thankful found them here in Yelp. Great and friendly service! Communicated every information that I need. They are also prompt in schedule. Their service is all worth of your money. I have a hyperactive German Shepherd and a bulky Rottweiler. They made it really easy to do the tasks that is long overdue. They made my fur daughters pretty, clean and smells really good. We are first timers in using the grooming services of Royalty Unleashed Mobile. They came out to our home and right away started bathing our dog Dutch. Pet Groomer Leslie was amazing!! I am so glad I was able to have my cat get his haircut by Leslie. Not only was it to my satisfaction but my cat was happy and enjoyed it as well. I have had other pet groomers and I can say that it was a noticeable difference with how my cat was returned. To my surprise, I even received a text message from Leslie and it was a video of my cat getting his cut. What a cool surprise.
