The first…read morevisit with Amy went fine, so we scheduled the sale for late July and I signed the agreement. The sale was scheduled for 7/27; closing on sale of the house had been scheduled for 7/30. On the morning of 7/21 Amy and her husband came to the house again. This meeting didn't feel right. They were dismayed that I didn't have an extra set of keys to give them, and that the carport did not have a gate that could be locked. This was the first I had heard about either of these conditions, but I told them I would get a set of keys ASAP, even though I was completely willing to let them in when needed, then leave them alone in the house if necessary (their preference to be alone). I checked the agreement that I had signed, and nowhere does it say that A & A needs their own set of keys. There was nothing I could do about the carport, but nothing more was said. Early that afternoon, 7/21, I received a text that they would not do the sale because of these two issues. Both could easily be fixed, but there was no discussion with me. I had already said I would provide keys (although everyone I mentioned this to thought it was odd), and the outdoor items in the storage sheds could either be set out the day of the sale, or simply omitted from the sale and left in the sheds. Since I do not live in TX and the closing was imminent I was desperate for this sale to happen when scheduled. I literally begged them to reconsider, and they grudgingly agreed. The sale did take place; the results were so-so, but that's not the issue. I'm aware that I was not their ideal client since I was trying to clear out the home of a pack rat and there weren't many items of significant value. If they had reviewed the pictures they took on the first visit and the additional ones that I sent and then decided it wasn't worth their time I might have had time to find someone else. But between hiring them and holding the sale they made no effort to communicate with me unless I contacted them first. And cancelling at the eleventh hour, and by text rather than phone call, was a very low blow that caused me a great deal of stress. Since others appear to have had a good experience with this company I am happy for them; I only wish my experience had been half as good.

My husband was sick with Covid and she and her husband went above and beyond the call of duty offering to clean out the refrigerators we were selling. She also bought watch batteries for all the watches we wanted to sell. Very detailed and honest. I spoke to several other Estate sale companies and no one I spoke to had their act together like Tammie. All of the others only needed a 5 day set up which tells me it's more like a fire sale than an estate sale that can get the most value for your goods. Great job w pictures and communication through tout the process. Even when offers came in that she felt may be too low she at least asked me if I would be interested. My only feedback on how to help her is that if you have designer clothes let her know in advance what the price point is that you would like to target. These sales aren't designed to get too dollar value for designer clothes so be aware that clothing consignment shops may be a better avenue for high end stuff like Burberry. Otherwise expect low ball offers in some cases. She will also allow you to set a reservation price. I was happy she offered to extend our sale an extra day as we captured another $900 as a result of extending. In the end, she works with a charity organization that will take the unsold items and put them towards a good cause. Very convenient as they come to the house and pack up all the stuff you don't want to take back. I highly recommend this fantastic Estate Sale company!

I decided to go to an estate sale on my 60th birthday to purchase something special just for myself…read morefor the occasion. I chose a sale in Mansfield, Tx on Muirfield Rd a couple of days ago. I found a lovely patchwork quilt that I liked and realized I had left my wallet in my car so I asked the saleswoman at the front desk if I could set it down somewhere while I went to my car. She pointed to some bins behind and I put it in one and went to get my wallet. When I looked to see what I had in my wallet, I realized I was going to be a little short so wouldn't be able to make the purchase. Now not ever having used the bins before at this company, I was not aware they had a rigid rule about not being able to put things back once they are in the bin. So I go over and grab the quilt to put it back where I got it from and as I'm walking back, the saleswoman very tersely said "Mam! Where are you going with that! You cannot put that back, you MUST purchase it!" Before I could even address her she stormed off in a fit so I just went to put it back. When I came back, I simply said "I don't understand" she begins to chew me out in front of a house full of people, completely humiliating me and belittling me - I was just flabbergasted at the epic rudeness. I told her I had come to their company many times before and said I had bought many things and simply did not know about this rule. She was so rude and so unprofessional with me I was just stunned at how mean she was. She yelled "Well if you've come here before than you should know all our rules!"....I couldn't believe how unpleasant and awful she was. i just felt so confused and baffled at the weird level of hostility toward me. I had never even talked to her before. They are hostile, rude, unfriendly and I would never recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of this horrible company. I will never shop with them again. Maybe they need to train their staff a little better in how to deal with people in a professional and tactful way instead of being so hostile and off putting! Good riddance to this company!

My family and I were very pleased with how wonderfully Tony and his team (you cant out work that team - they are amazing!) not only set up our property for a very successful sale - but they budgeted enough time to thoughtfully research and get the word out via many outlets & social media - we had AMAZING traffic thru our sale over 4 days.
