Sarah was amazing. Sarah was perfect. She was flawless. Sarah is the ideal planner. In short, she helped to provide everything my wife wanted. My wife had the wedding of her dreams, and I have Sarah to thank. My wife and I had a very nontraditional wedding. Our venue/location was held at a rented home. Meaning, there was a lot of planning. In addition, my wife and I had very specific and personal touches we needed help creating. Sarah was open and willing to help coordinate all of our wants/needs. She took the time to actually get to know us. She really listened. She was willing to meet with us and our family at our venue multiple times and I witnessed her keeping notes. Sarah made us feel special. As if we were her only clients; very well in-tuned. We worked out layout/setup, this way there was no questions or doubts on the day of the wedding. When our day came, she delivered our vision. My wife's tears of joy made me so pleased. Every little personal touch was executed. Our decor, our set up, the vibe was all perfect. At the event, she kept up with all our vendors, making the day stress free! For those not yet married, trust me, you want someone to be there to take charge of all these little things you may not have thought of. Gave my mind ease to just relax and lose myself in the celebration of our big. A little story... when our ceremony closed, I kissed the bride, and we made our way down the aisle as husband & wife. With my eyes filled with happy little tears, I see Sarah standing at the end of the aisle, waiting with celebratory drinks. Man! That was great! Really thought of everything. Sarah made magic happen for us from beginning to end. Even my wedding coordinator aunt (who's immersed in the wine country wedding business) repeated over and over how impressed she was with Sarah's talents, saying she was "Worth her weight in gold" on our wedding day! She is professional, ubiquitous, kind and respectful - and brilliant! My mom and I are very organized and detail-oriented and felt entirely confident from beginning to end with Sarah. She is very strong and in control of and all situations but her personality is also very fun, friendly, down to earth, and easy to get along with. In the months before our wedding, Sarah promptly responded to our questions, offered helpful suggestions and recommendations, shared insights and ideas based on her extensive experience, and provided us all so much confidence. She also met my mother in law, grandma and aunties before the wedding (since we used a family property venue) and they all also instantly loved her. Sarah asked questions and organized details that we hadn't even considered, created a comprehensive wedding day timeline, coordinated the wedding rehearsal, and reached out to all the vendors (musicians, synchronized swim coach, DJ, caterers) and made sure everything and everyone was on track. She even tried to help locate my husband's printed wedding vows which he managed to misplace the day of the event...as well as a thousand other things I likely do not even know about. We planned an entirely outdoor wedding, and when the day arrived, there was a fluke summer thunderstorm with strong rain for nearly an hour. Sarah immediately located a nearby back-up venue for us that was available on the DAY OF, plus she protected all our outdoor decorations from getting ruined in the rain. Thankfully the rain stopped, and she still executed the decorations by finding the perfect place for my numerous items of decor, kept everyone on track with the timeline, and helped everyone feel calm. She also mailed our marriage license for us the following week via certified mail and we just received the official license this week right on time. She is one in a billion and we could never have created our dream wedding without her!! read more

There are probably hundreds of other behind-the-scenes efforts Sarah made that I don't even know about to keep the wedding day running smoothly so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day without worrying about a thing. I can't even begin to express how truly amazing Sarah made our day! We could not have planned a more perfect wedding without such a detailed, organized, and fun coordinator. She exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond to make sure all of our very specific details were accomplished. Sarah is SERIOUSLY amazing. She is so on top of it, from start to finish. being in the industry myself (I own a bartending business), I work with hundreds of coordinators a year. Not many leave a lasting impression. But Sarah is personable, efficient in her communication, thorough, easy to connect with and finalize details, and most importantly her and her team work HARD.
