The amount I was charged was more than what I agreed to and I asked if I could have extra icing in a container and of course pay extra. The salesperson said she needed to speak to the baker and when she came back she told me the baker said no. I asked for the owner to contact me. I left the store not happy. There is so much to be said about great customer service and this store lacks it. Being overcharged and not being able to get extra icing, driving around because someone couldn't pick up the phone to an owner not following up with an upset customer. This speaks volumes' about the way the store is run. I guess this owner is doing really well to lose a customer that would be spending $200 every month. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Will not be returning, no surprise and will share my story as having a voice is important for others to make proper decisions about their shopping choices. Just do the right thing. This is exactly what happened to me and I felt compelled to share the truth.
