I called Sara's threading just to see what time they closed last week and then to the manager that we would be there around 5:30 pm she talked me into making a appointment even though we always walk in. She didn't tell me about their cancellation policy she just told me by making it appointment that it would keep anyone us from getting that spot. We got there a little late and she very rudely said we were late and because we were a no show at 5:30 pm she had sent me a text that we were responsible for 100% of the service. I said we are not a no show and didn't cancel our appointment we are here. She had talked me into making the appointment for me and my wife. She refused to do my eyebrows.and only did my wife's. She was the one that actually cancelled my appointment. I found this very unfair and deceptive because she should have told me by making a appointment instead of walking in if I wasn't there on time it would be considered a no show cancellation. I ended going to Divine Eyebrows theading on Centennial parkway and they did a great job and better cleaner salon. I also saved a lot of money and they have a 5 Star rating read more

I called and asked if they took walk ins after seeing it on their website to make sure, and they said they do. I walk in, sat down, & someone spoke to me after waiting for 20 minutes if I can come back in 1.5 hours. Didn't seem walk in friendly, maybe they had a super busy day but they could've talked to me right away so I didn't already wait 20 minutes. This happened a few weeks ago, but just don't want anyone wasting their time! I don't recommend at all if you're wanting to walk in, they spoke to me as if they just wanted me out so never came back. Sucks because they're close to me I thought I found my new regular spot! read more

Well, just an update. I'm STILL going here and Gisoo has been continuing to do her magic. I get so many compliments about how well my brows look! I'm happy to refer her to anyone! The place where you go and get pampered is just the cutest space. It's very feminine and quiet. You are the only one there as they have appointments. I went and got my eyebrows threaded by Gisoo the other day. I have a horrible habit of ignoring my eyebrows for long periods of time but Gisoo was able to tame them and I left there feeling great. She is nice, quick and made the whole process effortless. The place itself is very cute as well and they offer other services besides threading that I plan on trying in the future read more

Sara has been doing my brows for years. She is the best in Vegas without a doubt. She's personable and incredibly skilled at her craft. If you need your brows cleaned up, this is the place to go. I was looking for a place to call home for my eyebrow threading needs. I stumbled across this place on yelp and figured let me try them out. Walked in and another client was getting finished up, and I didn't have to wait long to get into the chair. I screwed up my brows tremendously and Gisoo who was super nice and gentle and saved my face the place is small and cute and literally 5 mins away from my house. I've been relying on Sara's expert level threading skills for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier! After struggling to find a good threader, one visit to Sara and I knew I would never go anywhere else again. It's a relief to find someone you can trust with your brows, because having jacked up eyebrows is the worst. Sara takes her time, plucking, trimming, and threading with absolute precision. I love my eyebrows every time I walk out after seeing Sara. It's $15 for eyebrows BTW. Sara's cute business is located off Durango and Farm in Northwest Las Vegas. There's super comfy couches to chill in while waiting for your appointment time. Speaking of appointments, make sure you make one! You can make on through Yelp and it's super easy. Otherwise, you risk being turned away since Sara is usually slammed with back-to-back appointments. I have gotten henna done with Sara as well. Came in today 7/21 and no one was in the shop, the worker was relaxing in the sitting area on her phone. The worker looked me up and down, asked if I had an appt? I stated no, I needed eyebrows. She takes a moment acts bothered and then said she can do it, I stated me and the person I was with needed them and she very rudely stated only one of us can get them done. Needless to say we both left. Someone didn't want to make money or work today. Stay away royal threading down the road is friendly and helpful. The response to this review is funny, your worker didn't mention an appointment at all. I would have understood that and walked away not even reviewing this business. She didn't even say hello, she asked if I had an appt? You won't be in business for long with interactions like this. read more

I dropped by here to get my brows threaded after hearing about Sara from Nelson and Sylvia Q. Located inside of the Canyon Falls Spa at Craig and Tenaya (near Albertsons), I walked in on a Friday morning around 11:30am and Sara was free. Her room is located in the back of the salon in a corner; I had to wander around to find it since no one was at the Canyon Falls front desk when I walked in. After one visit, I can see why Sara is so popular. A very friendly lady who did a great job on my brows, she was thorough and took her time, making sure that I was happy with the end result. Sara asked me how I wanted my brows done before she started and then tamed them with scissors, thread, and tweezers, ending with an astringent and aloe vera wash. She even asked me if I wanted eyebrow powder to finish the brows off and I took her up on the offer. Other threading places I've been to haven't given as good as Sara did. First time visitors can get a complimentary upper lip threading or $2 off the brow threading and I went with the latter. Regular price for brow threading is $12. I will definitely be back now that I've experienced Sara's technique and customer service. Thanks to Yelp friends for the recommendation! PS: Sara also does henna art, her own design or you can bring her your own for her to do. I want to try that, too. read more

Me and my family always go there to get our eyebrows done here thinking we get professional results, but it was a complete disaster for us. Every time we go, they end up cutting our skin. It is painful, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of care or technique. I always went back because I was comfortable with the place and have been going for many years. I never said anything, never spoke up about it and now I am about to. Today they completely messed up my mom's eyebrows, leaving her with a noticeable bald spot. It's going to take months for that hair to grow back, and she is incredibly self-conscious about it. When my mom got her eyebrows done she noticed her eyebrow hair missing, when the issue was brought up the lady denied it and tried to blame it on my mom for having thin eyebrows saying she did not do that. I told her she definitely did not come in with a bold spot on her eyebrow, the lady said quote " I have been working for 20 years on eyebrows. I know how hair works" basically denying what she did. She also said that went she plucked one hair it made it look like she was missing hair. Mind you we have been loyal customers for her service, my mom does not pluck her own eyebrows she goes to Magic Eyebrows every single time, there is no excuse. The lady has never left my mom looking like this before. It was so bad my mom was very upset. I was very respectful about it all, although my mom was very upset I told the lady and she kept making excuses that sometimes eyebrow hair falls out and that could've happened to her to be missing her eyebrow. Like seriously? The whole time she was doing my moms eyebrows she was on the phone talking as well, (very unprofessional) after the service when my mom kept looking at her eyebrows the lady made a sarcastic comment saying she needed to get her mustache done too, to look better. I don't understand why she was being rude and when the issue was brought up she kept blaming my mom. Not only that but we kept going back and forth about the situation asking me what did she want her to do if her eyebrow was already like that, I literally told her I was not gonna argue over this and we would just pay and leave but the problem was that she did mess up my moms eyebrows and she wouldn't admit it, telling my mom it will grow over time and that she can just go home and fill her eyebrow with a eyebrow pencil. My point is why would she go get her eyebrows done and pay for her to go home and still have to fix her eyebrow? The lady did not like that response and kept going, the only reason we were able to move from it, is because other customers started arriving and she seemed embarrassed so she just told my mom if she wanted to pay. Obviously we did not and left. She couldn't even admit it, blamed my mom, and didn't even apologize. I just wanted to say, to find a better eyebrow place because if she does do you dirty she won't own up to it. Also she's very rough and cuts you when threading. This has been an issue for a very long time but I never said anything, my last straw was her doing this to my mom. Not only did she mess up my mom's eyebrow but she cut her skin as well. The lady always cuts my skin and my family's skin we just always forgave and never said anything. My own eyebrows are a mess from last time I went. They are totally uneven I felt like one is significantly thinner than the other. I usually just use makeup just to make them look somewhat normal. Now I realized that I shouldn't be paying to get a half ass job done. I am paying and I generously tipped her for what? My family will not be coming back ever again.

I just had an incredible experience with Shararah! She did my daughter's eyebrow threading and was incredibly kind to wait for us, even though they were about to close.
