Had lashes done by Elena Avendano. Vegas lash lounge centennial. After procedure was completed, although my eyes were watery and swollen per usual, I thought they looked great. Got home and noticed the inner and outer and plenty of middle were not filled. I had asked for a full hybrid set When completed She had mentioned to me if I needed to come back if there was any problems with the lashes, stating their work was guaranteed to come back in. I texted 2 days later as She quickly responded and said she could possibly get me in at 9:30 that morning but would confirm at 8:30 that same morning. . I had no car at that time and asked if I could come later ....with no response. I gave her any day just could only come mornings. ... no response. A couple days later I followed up and again she you can come now ( 4pm). I replied with appreciation and a thank you but reminded her I wasn't able to come mornings. I again told her any mornings would be available. .... No response.... Total avoidance. Have not heard anything from her after that. $180.00 work of very scarce lashes. Her appointment book on line plenty of availability. Never again. She should reimburse me. Good luck! read more

Emery is amazing! I had an appointment with my sister today. She was able to get us both in back to back. Even though are original appointments weren't. When we arrived she was right on time. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us plenty of photos to choose from since we were woefully unprepared. We decided on a lash style that would fit not just what I wanted but me. She's very conscientious about not giving her clients something that doesn't suit them or will damage their existing lashes. How can you not love this in a stylist! The process is explained prior to starting so you know what to expect as well. The salon is comfortable too. You're sitting in soft recliners not in a flat hard table. I received my fill, and it only lasted one week at best. Brandy was nice, but the lash she used was way too heavy. Some of my lashes were stuck together with one lash fan. I went to Brandy after switching lash artists because I was looking for a technician close to my home. I have debated on leaving this review for a few weeks but I honestly feel this would be appropriate for my situation. I had been going to see Brieona (Bree) since I started my lash extensions journey almost a year ago. Everything was great, I always looked forward to our appointments. But recently I had gone through a pretty traumatic event and I'm assuming I had an allergic reaction to the eyelash glue, which I had never encountered before. My eyelids swelled up just a few hours after my appointment. I reached out to Bree and she suggested to take allergy meds and if persisted to go to quick care. My eyelids got worse, went to the ER which they couldn't help and said I needed to get the eyelashes removed and my eyelids were not getting better. Bree refused to take off my lashes so I had to find someone who would at 11pm at night. I reached out to Bree and her manager the next morning as I went through a lot the day before and just to get some kind of idea what went wrong. The manager was nice and explained things to me. Bree even offered a refund but I have yet to see it. I have tried to contact her numerous times and come to find out Bree actually blocked me. So to me that's just a relationship I don't want with anyone doing my lashes and it's honestly more sad that the establishment has hired someone who treats their customers this way. read more
