I am glad I chose this practice to take care of and oversee my child's health needs. I feel this office is run very well and we think highly of the staff that works there. They have been present and involved in all our pediatric needs. We have seen both Dr. Carola Fleener and Dr. Barbara Fleener as well as the DPN, Lisa. The staff during our visits has been professional, helpful, and courteous. During COVID pandemic times masks are required for entry into the practice. Upon entering, be sure to sign it at the reception desk so they know you are present. I have never encountered a long wait here which I greatly appreciate. There were flowers and big balloons on Jesse's desk, that was the gift from clinic owner Dr. Phen for Jesse's birthday. Nice! First consultation with Dr.Phen went smooth. She is a beautiful young lady but very professional. They have several in house hygienists not the tempary ones. So I scheduled with Nicole right away. Second visit was my deep cleaning appointment. I was nervous when I walked in. There were flowers and big balloons in Nicole's station, it was her birthday gifts. Very nice working environment! The whole deep cleaning process was NOT painful at all, no needle injection for anesthetic ( other 2 clinics all said they will inject), my mouth was not swollen and I walked out of clinic perfectly normal. Greenberg quote reflects an additional fictitious code D1111 called Cosmetic upgrade $500. When I questioned this charge, I got two different answers from two locations. The first stated that the Doctor would not do the crown for $400! The other one stated that it is an insurance in the events it falls, the doctor will replace it. In other words, an insurance for my insurance premium! Unfortunately, Delta Dental keeps listing Greenberg as a provider despite my filed grievances. Fortunately, I found another provider with 40 years of experience honoring my insurance fees.
