It was fairly clean. Afterwards, I walked around the ExtraMile shop and looked at the snacks and candy. The hotdogs looked old and overcooked on the warmer. There was a sale on candy. Just needed a short break for snacks and top off the gas tank. The station has a spacious lot, with 2 islands. The shop was very neat and clean. It was stocked with everything a driver might need. Cashier wasn't too friendly. Bag of chips was priced higher than other places. Hmm, I noticed they had alot of signs that read "Trusted Top Quality Gasoline." There's a Valero across the street that offers certified Top-Tier gas. Alliance gas is not listed on the Top Tier gas brand list. But if your vehicle runs okay, then it's fine. The biggest downside is the constant upselling. Almost every visit, employees try to sell additional services. It's also frustrating when the line stops because they're having a long sales conversation with another customer while everyone else has to wait. Other than that, the experience has been good, and the membership has been worth it. I hope they'll make the sales process less intrusive and keep the line moving.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I had a really disappointing experience at Classic Car Wash at 18560 Prospect Rd in Saratoga. When I first arrived, I was told I needed to pay $40 because I had received a discount, and I didn't fully understand what they were explaining. I went inside and asked an employee to clarify. She explained that it was a membership, where the first payment was around $40 and then there would be a monthly charge depending on the car wash service. I ended up paying $50 for the car wash and even gave a $15 tip because it was my first visit and I wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. One of my main priorities was getting the mud and dirt cleaned from inside the car, including the floor mat area. When I asked the manager why it had not been cleaned, I was told that this service was not included and that I would need to pay an additional $70. I was shocked that simply cleaning the mud from inside the car would cost $70 more, especially after already paying $50 for the car wash. The total cost would have been far more than I expected for a basic wash of a Toyota Corolla. What disappointed me even more was the lack of an effort to find a reasonable solution. I would have appreciated being offered the opportunity to have the area cleaned properly or being given some reasonable option to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. I also would not recommend this location to others. Make sure you clearly understand exactly what is included in the service before paying.
