You provided services to my son and I between May 26, 2023 and August 25, 2023, which has resulted in significant disfigurement requiring donor gum grafting, physical trauma, and emotional distress to myself and my son. On or about August 4, 2023, you performed services to remove my existing veneers and crowns and prep my natural teeth for veneers, take x-rays and prepare digital imaging for lab work production of the veneers. Neither myself or my son were ever asked our preferences on size/shape and were told to trust your artistic preference. On or about August 24 2023, you delivered a new set of upper and lower veneers for me and my son . On this date, three of the forty veneers broke during delivery. And one of my son's veneers popped off while eating dinner this same evening. I also expressed concern for the color distortion and the size of my teeth during this visit. On or about August 25, 2023, we returned to the office to re- bond the veneer from the night before and to discuss options for my front teeth which I believed to be too short. You were angered and openly shared this and said you were overbooked by your staff who considered you to be a "machine rather than a man". At that time, you agressively and painfully shaved back off the two front veneers, over-corrected my gum line and delivered an over-sized cartoon looking temporary set of two front mis-aligned teeth. As to this issue photos have previously been provided to you. Also, on or about this date, I overheard another patient with similar concerns and noted your defensive reaction in that case. On or about August 26, 2023, I emailed you to inform you that two more off my son's veneers came off while eating french fries. Additional photos were provided to you to document this incident. On or about August 27, 2023, I emailed you to inform you that one of my veneers came off while flossing and that most of my teeth were so tight and full of concrete that it was not possible to floss. Additional photos were provided to you to document this incident. On or about September 5, 2023, I visited a prosthodontist in Sarasota FL, He noted that both mine and my son's gums were in terrible condition due to your work, and the concrete bonding the veneers was "all over the place" which prevented proper cleaning and gum healing. While trying to clean up the concrete so that I could begin to floss in order to improve gum health, an additional veneer popped off in my mouth. My new Dr. noted that if these were bonded property that would never occur. He also expressed disappointment in the size of the veneers for both myself and my son. Photos can be provided to substantiate this fact. Your retaliatory attitude toward my input and your aggressive, neglectful actions have caused me to experience significant pain and disfigurement of my gums requiring donor grafting. Of the teeth that still remain in our mouth, we are both wholly dissatisfied with the appearance of those teeth. One of my front lower teeth has a brown mark on it, and this defect was never explained as a possible risk with the diamondeers (for which I paid a $23,000 premium). In addition, the shape and size of my teeth are incorrect, and because of the gum disfigurement and surgery/healing required, I am still using two front temporary teeth. In most offices, both the shape and size of the teeth are evaluated prior to delivery, however in your office, there appears to be no way to evaluate the shape and size of the teeth other than by delivering the teeth and then drilling them back off if they do not fit correctly to which you take offence and retaliate medically. Finally, the pain management at your office was also very disappointing to me, in that nitrous was said to be unavailable and I cried through much of my hours-long office visits due to significant pain mismanagement and rushed neglectful work. In connection with the services provided by you, I paid your office a total of $128,000. Even worse, I flew across the country, because I believed that your office was a state-of-the-art facility with celebrity clientele and capable of achieving amazing results. Please don't let the review that was posted by the person who said that Dr. Lazarof's prices were to high stop you from making an appointment with Dr. Lazarof for a dental consultation. His prices are no higher than any other dental expert in his field. And actually his prices are better because you will receive quality service and quality implants from Dr. Lazarof. I accompanied my adult son to four (4) different dental implant dentist over the course of a couple of years. As always he couldn't afford what they wanted to charge him for implants. Dr. Lazarof was the last dentist we saw and as it turns out the only dentist my son needed to see. Dr. Lazarof put on his gloves and check my son's mouth, his gums and the condition of all his teeth manually with his fingers. When he finished checking my son, he told us what was happening with each and every tooth or missing tooth in my sons mouth. I knew right then and there that Dr. Lazaroff was an exceptional dentist. He was telling us the exact same thing that every other dentist had told us, but not before they took xrays and other fancy tests. My son still had test done (we didn't want to wait for files to be transfered) to confirm bone density and validate what Dr. Lazarof suspected. Once everything was confirmed, Dr. Lazarof helped us pick the best dental option for my son by taking into consideration the outcome that my son wanted, what dental work really needed to be done and cost. My son had some teeth pulled, he had a crown and he had six (6) dental implants. Every procedure went smoothly with minimal pain afterwards. Even the implants went well ... four days after receiving his implants my son flew away for a week long vacation. If you are wondering why I am writing, it is because I watched my son suffer with his dental problems for years. I saw how hard it was for him to hold his head high after having his front teeth pulled and not being able to afford implants. He tried dentures, but he couldn't or wouldn't wear them. I have known Doctor Lazarof, for almost 20 years. When I was a young girl,he cosmetically fixed my two front teeth, to look absolutely perfect. .After having been told by several dentists that not only did I require gum surgery but also they could not predict how many teeth I would possibly lose, so they all simply recommended that I have all my teeth extracted when I had the gum surgery and get a full set of dentures. I was driving home after having seen several dentists and waiting for the light to change I saw the name on the building I had driven by so many times before and called Sargon Dental Institute as soon as I got home. From the very first phone call over a year ago I have been nothing but extremely happy and grateful for the entire staff at Sargon Dental and especially Dr. Sargon Lazarof. While he agreed that I needed gum surgery, he determined that there were several other issues that needed to be addressed. He explained everything in layperson terms so I could understand what he found and he gave me three different options for treatment none of which called for having all of my teeth extracted. I recently visited Dr Sargon for a free consultation. I was missing one of my top font teeth. After ten years with braces as a teenager and another ten long years as an adult without my tooth, I had become used to not smiling. I avoided the dentist so much because the experiences I had left me traumatized and with severe anxiety. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that even tho I was inside the dentist office, I felt no uneasiness or anxiety at all. I spoke to the Dr himself and he was very polite and professional. I just wanted to highly recommend Dr.Sargon Lazarof as a fantastic oral surgeon in Encino. I had gone elsewhere to have a tooth extracted and implant put in but the job was completely messed up, I got a massive infection, not-to-mention that it was one of my front teeth!! Anway, I then went to Dr. Lazarof, who immediately squeezed me into his busy schedule, and corrected the horrible job done on my mouth. He has done a great job on fixing it and it took awhile, but his expertise, patience, and kind-hearted and gentle bedside manner enabled me to get through this traumatic experience with ease and with the best care possible. Best dentist I have EVER been to! I had a broken front tooth and had gone to multiple dentists in the area that recomended removing it and giving me a flipper (tooth I couldn't use). But Dr. Lazarof invented an implant that could replace teeth in one visit without any downtime. I made an appointment for a consultation and when I got there Dr. Lazarof said he could take my broken tooth out, and give me a new tooth that day that I could chew and eat normally. So that's what he did!! The whole staff was so nice and helpful too, from my very first call to my last appointment for my final crown a week later. He invented this technology 27 years ago and is so skilled at it that the implant work I had done 2 weeks ago so perfect that I was eating an apple right after the provisional crown was placed. I had a broken front teeth and i went to many dentist before coming to Dr.Sargon. The broken line was very close to the nerve and every dentist immediately suggest me to do a root canal which i really don't want to do. Dr. Sargon however agree with me that the nerve should be protect rather than remove if it still alive so he recommend me to put a veneer on my broken teeth.
