This score is strictly on the Service. I had a five dollar off on the app. I go to use it and the girl said sorry that's online order only. I stepped away to order online and I couldn't figure it out. Went up for some help, they sort of helped me. I stepped back. I go to check out and the five dollars is not applied. I went up to the cashier to talk the Gal again and asked what is wrong, why won't the app honor my $5. She looked at it for a minute and said I don't know and stared at me. I asked her if there was a manager that can help me. She said no. She said we're just a franchise. We have nothing to do the app shrugged her shoulders and walked away. How far does a business have to work your business, keep you happy and coming back. My wife and I come here about once a month and really like the food. When you have people that don't wanna help you and don't care it really doesn't make me wanna come back. I said, forget it and just went over to panda express. I don't see myself anytime soon, they lost my business over $5 come on.

Chicken, Xtra , no teriyaki and all vegetables. This is a great Diabetic option while walking the Mall. I seem to get the same table every time. Usually pretty clean they are constantly sweeping and wiping down tables.

Bomb! I mean what else could you want for this price? It's everything when you're broke, hungover, hangry, and too lazy to cook. Bomb.

I love the food but the portion sizes varies, some days you get a good size servings and some days it's less, much less. The quality of service has gone down hill also, the cashier had an attitude and I had to repeat myself because she was distracted by a co-worker goofing off; took forever for the food to be done, waited close to 10 mins and they weren't even busy. It was 11:30 am Tuesday.

Park Place Mall is always busy and full of energy, which I personally feel adds to the food experience. Visited this Sarku Japan at the Broadway location, and the staff are friendly, helpful and even make suggestions if your not sure what to try. My food was amazing, one of the best things about Sarku is there consistently with how they make there food and food portions. Always a pleasure to come eat here! Thank you.

Its been a while since I've been here, but I see their prices keeps going up and the containers are getting smaller and smaller. Here are new the prices and smaller boxes. These are 4x5 containers

For being so cheap, you get a lot of good food. If you're in the mall, I definitely recommend this place as your go to for the food court!

Coming from Cali where there are a Ron of good food options, it is not so here in Tucson for Chicken Teriyaki.

It was delicious and came with miso to start and a side of rice. Dad and I got 2 bites of yellowtail sushi, rainbow roll, crunch roll and the kamikaze roll. Soooo good! Perfect fresh fish. The yellowtail was heavenly. Buttery soft and delicate. We loved every bite. Another review mentioned the sports/Japanese decor combo, and we actually enjoyed it while watching game 6 of the World Series. We seem to have a problem with forgetting to take pictures of our dishes, but I promise you will get delicious food here!

Judgment of the Ahi color when it first came out I was already skeptical. Honestly there's a lot better restaurants out there with fresher fish. The salmon was the only redeeming quality. Instead of giving more fish they give Sunomono (pickled cucumber) and Korean seaweed salad I only got one cup of water and tea. Wasn't asked for a refill. Miso Soup was the machine made one so it was a bit salty.

Everything was good and since I was not able to finish my meal(I didn't know that the large portion was probably meant for two people not one, lol) I had more than half of my leftover for another meal. We will definitely revisit this place. I do have one small "complaint" about the sauce used on the chicken & beef bowl... it was very very salty. Like extremely salty. Otherwise the food was good. The meat was tender and the rice was tasty. Maybe the sauce can be served on the side or use less (sodium) for people like me that have a very sensitive palate. Just a suggestion! The bill was about $45. Simple fast food restaurant ambience, nothing fancy. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time of our visit but I did see two customers coming in for pickup orders. Not busy at all. Maybe it gets busy at the end of the week or weekends.

Having a…read moreJapanese fast-casual option here is a great addition since choices in this area are pretty limited. For my first visit, I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl--probably the most classic item on the menu. The portion size was generous, the presentation was neat, and the service was quick and friendly, making for a great first impression. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is that the chicken itself lacked flavor. It didn't have much seasoning or that grilled, smoky taste I was hoping for, though the teriyaki sauce did add a nice sweetness and depth. Overall, I'm still looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu. It's nice to see a new, casual Japanese spot bringing more variety and flavor to the area.

A couple weeks later, I made my way back for a dinner date with my husband. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. The staff greeted us right away and after we chose our seat, they wasted no time helping us. I learned they have been there for about 10 years, and I am bummed I didn't know about them sooner because man, did it hit the spot. The pho is insanely flavorful, served steaming hot and probably the best I've had. We also tried some sushi rolls and were not disappointed. Oh and the house made chili oil needs to be bottled up and sold because it is so delicious - I recommend it with their edamame. I would most definitely recommend them for a delicious meal and great service!

I placed the order by phone and it was ready when I arrived. I chose the rare beef and meatball and looked forward to getting home for lunch. The soup was still piping hot, which I appreciated. The broth was in a styrofoam cup with lid and the "rare" beef and meatball slices were in with the broth, so no longer rare. I would have much preferred the raw meat be put in the bowl with the noodles, jalapeños, and bean sprouts so I could add it when I was ready to eat. The pho broth had the right flavor, but not the depth of my not-open-on-Tuesday favorite. The beef was not rare and not plentiful; the meatball slices were fine. There is enough for lunch tomorrow, so the $18 cost was reasonable enough.
