I had on rubber sold shoes and right after I ordered I almost fell because my shoes were stuck to the floor from grease! I even said something to them and they laughed and said we know. Then I ate my sandwiches. The first one was the chicken and it tasted like fish so they must cook them in the same oil. The bun was kind of gross and the chicken was OK. The place is really clean and set up nice, we got carry out and was fine in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken strips 5 piece which were huge and perfectly crispy just the way I like it, better than KFC and DTW in my opinion. Needed something easy and quick for lunch so I stopped in here. Very easy layout. I placed my order and didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes before it was ready. Very fresh and crispy chicken! Pretty tasty, as well. My boss had the 2 simple Saavy sliders, which he said were good. The fries were fresh and heavily seasoned with their 'house' blend. Let's start with the service. Brianna must really hate her job, dealing with customers is a requirement and she is not enjoying this at all. First time here and not impressed with the service or the food. The tenders are large but the chicken dry inside. The sauces pretty tasty though. The shake is more of custard in a cup but had good flavor . Overall $38 for 14 tenders and a shake is pretty pricey. Won't be rushing back here anytime soon. read more

My 8 year old Highly recommends this place. He immediatly compared the Slider to a Long Horn Steak ( which he loves) he got the combo with a slider with just cheese anc a chicken and cheese, with fries and a drink. These guys make amazing sliders, are very friendly, efficient, and know what they are doing. Out of all the locations I've been to come this one is hands-down the best. I personally love the English cod, booman, chicken, and the ribeye steak. These are my three go to's. I love that Savvy Sliders chicken fingers for a fast food casual place have the most generous and delicious chicken fingers I've found dining out. Make them at home and this is what I'd expect. Hearty, meaty, juicy and perfect breading that's not grease laden, not over packed with falling apart breading but the right amount that's crunchy and crispy. Their seasoned fries are excellent. The sliders don't do it for me, I've tried a couple times and not sure if it's that both times the cheese wasn't melted and they didn't come out HOT but more like lukewarm. The first time I was too tired and hungry to complain and the second time I wondered if this is how they make it? Again I just didn't bother cause they were short handed and busy. I wasn't in the mood to wait for someone to spare a moment and ask or complain. I'm happy to return for the chicken fingers. Around Christmas we came and got to meet Santa! Not a fan at all. We tried at a different location for our first time, and the burgers were NOT that good at all, and tasted very plain. So we came to this location to give the chicken a try, the chicken sliders were a little bit better than the burgers, but I don't think they clean the chicken properly because it had a tendon or something in, so when you bite down there's a rough piece of chicken (aka tendon) in the slider which I was not a fan of. The chicken tenders were alright, again some of the meat was weird and rough in some spots. It was really clean inside tho, and a worker was cleaning off the tables. The woman at the counter was not friendly as I was curious about the place and where it's from she acted like my questions were ridiculous. When all I asked was where it's from? Is it southern considering it's "savvy" could mean savannah? You're selling fried chicken and iced tea? With the name southern in front of it. Anyway, the food had zero flavor to it, more like a place if you're in a pinch. I will say, the restaurant was not dirty, and the owner came by and asked how our food was. The young woman was friendly and helpful. She could not overcome the fact the menu did not list prices for individual sliders of each type or plainly say they are all $3.29. They warn the rib eye or big signature are more but fail to tell you how much more. Everything is listed as box combos and packs designed to make you spend more and buy what they wish to sell instead of what you wish to eat. She did find a line for a single slider as a side but it was unclear if that price applied to all kinds. No menu item for the double patty or rib eye. Oh yeah - extra patties listed as a $1.99 addition. Bacon or egg for $.99@. Sides shown plainly and cheaper as upgrades than as sides. At least the menu board didn't cycle so you have to wait for your item to come back around. (McDonalds I'm looking at you.) I asked for a shaved rib eye, a fried chicken, and a fish slider to sample several of them. I'll note that while not being shown on the menu she was still able to put that order into the computer cash register just fine so it's on there. It came out fast enough. The shaved rib eye was very good. That saved a star. The chicken was much better than most fast food chicken. The cod was a standard frozen in heavy beer batter fillet. It didn't fit the bun and was still cold on the big end. The finely shredded lettuce being cold really didn't help that and I'd skip the cheese as well as the lettuce. The sauce was good. I probably won't go back and report on the burger sliders, grilled chicken, falafel or the lamb - although that sounds good. I just resent being so heavily managed to force me to order combos that they refuse to list items on the menu alone. The shaved rib eye turned out to be $4.79. Chicken $3.29.n Cod $3.29. = $11.37 + tax = $12.05 $4.79 is too much for a slider not a full sized sandwich. For what I spent I can go down the road to three different places and get a hamburger or shaved beef with a half pound of meat and less bread I shouldn't be eating anyway. They spend a huge amount on printed heavy corrugated boxes with locking closures designed to hold all those combos they wish to sell you. They don't appear to have a box for single sandwiches. I'd rather buy more food in a wrap and bag than fancy packaging. read more
