I went to SAS Elite Window Tinting after buying my new car. I googled a number of companies. SAS responded to me very quickly. I had some other estimates and he was having a special deal. After yelping the company, I saw that he had good reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I met SAS when I got there. He is a very nice man. The tinting took about 1 1/2 hours. I had a room that I could wait in. The windows look great. I chose the dark tint. I'm expecting to see fully finished windows when they dry in a few days. They so look good now though. From the beginning SAS gave great and fast communication. He sent over information right away and answered all questions I had regarding tint brand and warrantee information. I went for the nano ceramic tint 5% on the rear windows and the 20% in the front for my Tesla model 3 highland. I was satisfied with the tint and the service was great. Very nice guy, and attention to detail was amazing he sent progress pictures which was great and when I received the car I was pleased to find unexpected details such as disposable floor mats and a sticker over the window controls reminding you not to lower your window for a few days while the tint cures. Keep in mind there's no seating or places nearby to wait so make sure you have a ride home. Tints are cut by computer which is great, I've gone to a different shop before where they cut by hand but the edges looked choppy or uneven and one of the windows they actually cut some of the rubber trim of the window. He did not have the front windshield template for my car on his computer software but I will be going back when he does. Over all, would recommend. read more

I reached out to multiple businesses for quotes and SAS offered similar to most but less than others asking for $100 more. He asked what could be done to win over my business (I was hesitant, he doesn't have many reviews -- although all his reviews are great), he offered a discount and I come in, but I ended up paying full price for a couple reasons. - He explained that he is new, hence the low reviews, but his work was well done - He got everything done in a timely manner - I mentioned I had some bumper stickers on the car that I wanted removed (I bought the car recently) and what he thought I could do to take them off at home. Without another word he immediately went to grab a couple things and took them all off, went into my driver windshield to cleaned the sticky stuff left behind from old oil stickers and fasttrak stuff and asked if there was anything I needed help with that he would be more than happy to. Found SAS when I posted a local request for window tinting. He had the best price for ceramic tint and even though he didn't have many reviews they were all glowing, so I decided to give him a shot. He was very polite, people mention a language barrier but his English was better than I expected. He showed me the tint options I had by holding the films up to my windows, after choosing he said it would be done in 2 and a half hours. There's not a good place to wait on-site, he recently switched offices in the building and said he'd have a waiting room setup in the coming months. I took an Uber to a nearby restaurant to wait. He called me right on time and the tint looked great! One window had some visible moisture he said would evaporate in the next 48 hours, which it did. I waited a week to write this review so I could see how it all settled, the car looks amazing and I've already recommended others go to him! read more
