It was really difficult to find in the big box stores, like Costco, Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, or Safeway, so my husband suggested Fleur de Lis, a small business near our home in Mountain View. He said he had great experience in the past and the owner was very nice. Steven was attentive and patient and listened to what I was trying to describe, which was not easy on the phone. I also asked him to make some suggestions. Even though he said he rarely works with lilies in his arrangement (because a lot of people are allergic to them), he was still willing to put together what I wanted for my daughter. After about half an hour on the phone with him, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted and what he was going to do. Pickup was on the day after, but the next day, I was a bit nervous and anxious about how everything turned out and thought if there is the slightest chance that it didn't come out right, I still had time to get something off the shelf even if it wasn't ideal. I reached out to Steven and he sent me a picture. The bouquet looked so elegant! I only asked him to make a slight change and he immediately accommodated. I selected a cheerful bouquet in a rectangular vase. The arrangement was well-priced. Most importantly, the recipient loved the flowers!
