The first install was the master bedroom closet and this was a laundry/storage area. With both designs, Erin listened to our needs, asked a lot of questions and gave us exactly what we needed. For the master, she measured our clothes, counted our shoes and made wonderful suggestions which we incorporated in the design. We were so happy that we called her for the 2nd project. We now have more than enough storage! The installer, Ryan, did a GREAT job, very neat and also made sure our ironing board, vacuum, etc. fit in the appropriate areas of the design. Jaclyn worked on a number of design revisions to get me what I was envisioning and in my price point. Although three of the drawers were damaged during shipping from the factory, Chris and Kevin identified the issue before I even noticed it, gave me a great temporary solution that looks beautiful in the meantime, ordered the new drawer faces, and scheduled the reinstall immediately. Damage happens in any project, but what matters is how the company addresses the issue - Chris & Kevin were terrific. People should definitely think outside the box and use Closet Factory for mudrooms/ laundry rooms - not just closets. The shoe drawers are a terrific solution to keeping kids/teens shoes out of sight and they are the only company that works directly with DryAway for an amazing drying rack that 100% upgrades the entire room.

Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project.
