Amber however forgot to update it in the computer so win the rent went up by four dollars, we had no idea. She promptly locked us out of our unit. Keep in mind, that in the 12 years we have never had one single late payment, or anything happen. But, instead of phoning us, our phone numbers didn't change, she just locked us out. When I spoke to her the following workday, she refused to apologize, and just told us to go somewhere else. I really think that if you are in customer service, you should actually consider customer service to be something important. So best of luck to those of you who choose to go here. You never know when they're gonna turn on you.

This place is a nightmare. I loaned my friend some money to rent a unit -- put it on my credit…read morecard. We were both very clear that I was only paying for the first month and that my card number was not to be kept on file. They did it anyway and automatically charged my card the next month. Since then it's been one thing after another for my friend -- setting up autopay without permission, changing payment dates, processing payments weeks ahead of the due date without permission, then refusing to refund the money. This is a big deal when you're on a tight budget. They can screw up payments and make all the mistakes they want and you just have to deal with it, but don't you dare be late with your payment or they will lock you out. And make sure you put your lock on exactly the way they say, with the keyhole facing the right direction, or they will charge you fines. Also prepare to get locked inside the facility when the gate malfunctions -- don't worry, the cops will come eventually and let you out. The icing on the cake -- there are rodents in the units that will chew holes in your stuff and defecate and urinate on everything. I get that storage is hard to come by in this area but do whatever you can to avoid this unscrupulous business. I've had units at several places over the years and never seen anything like this -- I would sell my stuff before I'd store it here.

The new owners are doing a full overhaul!!-rats gone! new electric entrance for anytime access, updated record-keeping, consistent office hours. He is in the process of building more units, and the owner is happy to be helpful! As much as I am trying to take my things out of storage, I'm pleased that the facility feels clean, secure and support is available if needed.

I rented a few outside spaces for my 5th wheel RV as well as my car trailer and car. I went to pick…read morethe RV up to go on a trip, and found the door was completely ruined as thieves tried to break in. It was more than $1500 to replace. The only reason they didn't gain access was because they broke the knife off in the lock and jammed it. They also damaged the side storage containers, which I have not repaired, and stole several hundred dollars worth of equipment and tools. I filed a police report, and the officer took a look around and called it an unsecured storage area as there was barbed wire missing on the back fencing, and the camera coverage was lacking. Since I couldn't even gain access I had to find a local motel for myself and my dog at $100, then call a locksmith the next morning for $65, then go to the local RV parts place to buy a new handle and lock for around $50, and replace it myself. I also lost my $40 which was pre-paid for the Friday night RV space. The whole thing cost me over $2,000. After reporting the attempted break-in, I asked the lady in the office to please have the owner call me. I was assured that not only would they call me, but they would be addressing the lack of barbed-wire, etc. I removed the 5th wheel immediately. I never even received the call from the owner. When I went back to get the car-hauler and car a few months later, the security concerns had not been addressed like they had promised. I would never use this place again as I do not think they really cared about me, the customer, and the fact that they are advertising secure storage when in fact it is not.

During the whole Pandemic, it's hard to talk with someone from Budget when I was trying to reserve my truck. Corporate said they couldn't give me the 30% discount they offered because there were no 26' trucks to rent from the only Peninsula location. Wrong!!! Monte had 4 of them and he made whatever calls he had to make and got me the truck and the discount! No wonder he's been there for 30 years. Thanks for everything Monte!

It all started out great...Talked to a lovely gentleman on the phone and made my U-Haul…read morereservation. I asked, "are you open on Sundays?" He said, "yes, I work M-F and someone else works Sat-Sun." Excelent, reservation made, done. Not so fast. I received a voicemail from the woman working at the All About Storage letting me know that they wouldn't be open on Sunday and could I make arrangements with her to pick up the U-Haul on Saturday afternoon? No, I couldn't, I wasn't in Sequim until Sunday. I thought "Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon-Sat, 9am - 4pm Sunday, Except certain holidays", which is clearly stated on their website, means that they'd be open on Sundays from 9am-4pm. Since when is June 2 a holiday? So after spending 4 hours running around Sequim and Port Angeles trying to find a U-Haul, we were finally able to leave town. But the lack of professionalism at All About Storage left me with a very bitter taste for them.
