Terrible customer service right from the owner himself. My house was left a mess from a water…read moresoftener install. Salt a resin beads all over my floor. Floor was wet for 12 hours after install. He never once said sorry or apologized to me. I had to go through multiple numbers to get ahold of someone that would actually come back and finish the job. Kevin was nice and cleaned up the other guys mess. After reading some of these other reviews I'm not sure how they stay in business. Highly recommend looking somewhere else for your plumbing needs! Maybe now that I leave a review I will receive an apology from the owner but not getting my hopes up!

I tried replacing the thermocouple due to the fact that the pilot light would go out. In some cases, not relight at all. My wife relayed this information to the "technician." The guy arrives and goes and relights the pilot. He then called it good and left. My wife informed him that I had replaced the thermocouple, and he said something along the lines of " well, that must've fixed it." He then said that if there's any further issues, to call them back. Obviously, that didn't work because the pilot light went out again. My wife tried calling them, and no answer. She left a message, to which there was no response. I ended up going to Menards and getting a thermostat/ gas valve and installed it. That did the trick. My wife called the home warranty company, and we were given a refund for the service call. I recommend using another plumbing company, as these guys are a joke.

Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick,inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! It took them two more days to get the estimate to me and it did not arrive when they said it would. When they got it to it to me, it was too late and they did not give me the estimate in the way that I asked for it. Communicate with the company was not acceptable, I could not get ahold of the person I needed to talk to, they would not let me email with them.
