The massage chair you sit in during the pedicure is strong and really effective to loosen muscles in the back. They will offer you wine to sip as you get your nails done. There is an option for kids too, and men (just ask). Inside there are many stations for feet and hands, so it would be great for a group appointment. Soon there will be a full bar and Kereoke. Kelly does an absolutely incredible job with the nail art, and every technician we experienced has a great eye to detail. Highly recommend!

I got a basic pedicure, and there wasn't any hot water available for my pedicure. Instead, the technician took what appeared to be an Amazon massage turbo/stick and placed it in the water. That was already disappointing because I expected a more relaxing and polished experience. There was also some confusion about the pricing. The technician showed me the total price, but I was simply asking for a breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was being charged for. Another employee, who wasn't involved in the conversation, jumped in and repeated the price breakdown in a way that felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. I didn't feel like my question was unreasonable, so the reaction made the situation feel much bigger than it needed to be. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has also been disappointing. It has only been a week, and my "gel polish" is already chipping. For the price I paid, I expected the polish to last significantly longer. I also understand that I came on a Friday about two hours before closing, but I still feel that customers should receive the same level of professionalism and courtesy during business hours. Overall, I was disappointed because I came in with high expectations based on the reviews. I wasn't looking for anything extra, I simply expected a basic pedicure, quality gel polish, clear communication about the pricing, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. Everybody was rude.

I called later in the day to let them know about this, as the raw skin began to start to feel like it may get infected. My call was answered by a nice lady, but she then handed the phone to the lady who did my pedicure. I wasn't even able to explain what had happened before she immediately started arguing with me about how there is no way she could have hurt me because the alcohol would have hurt it? She didn't put any alcohol on my heel. She put it on my toes before she did the nail polish. The fact that this woman did not even care to hear what I had to say and immediately started aggressively denying anything happening at all is incredibly frustrating and, if anything, just proves that she knows she messed up. At the end of our phone call, I let her know that I was trying to call so that the business had an opportunity to fix this accident, but that since she was not working with me in the slightest, I would be leaving had bad review online. She told me to go ahead and do it, so here ya go!!!!!

I was genuinely looking forward to visiting this salon after hearing so many wonderful things about it. Unfortunately, my first experience did not meet my expectations. I arrived at 11:03 AM as a walk-in. At 11:58 AM, I checked with the receptionist and was told there was still one person ahead of me. I completely understand that appointments may take priority and that walk-ins may have to wait. However, if the salon primarily operates by appointment or the anticipated wait for a walk-in is significant, I believe that should be communicated upon arrival. That would have allowed me to decide whether I wanted to wait or return at another time. My greatest disappointment was not necessarily the wait itself, but the lack of communication and hospitality during that time. No one checked in with me or provided an updated estimate of how much longer the wait would be. It was not until approximately 1:39 PM that one of the nail technicians kindly offered me some water, which I appreciated. I drove across town specifically to experience this salon because of the positive things I had heard. This visit was also intended to be part of my self-care birthday weekend, so unfortunately, spending such a significant amount of time waiting without consistent communication made the experience more stressful than relaxing. I understand that businesses get busy, and I do not mind waiting. However, customer service during the wait matters just as much as the service itself. A simple check-in, an estimated wait time, or a small gesture of hospitality can make a significant difference in how a guest feels. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling underwhelmed, and based on my first visit, I do not plan to return. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended and helps improve the experience for future walk-in guests.

I'm so disappointed to say that today I've experienced the worst pedicure of my life. I had a 4:00pm appointment that I booked online. The technician that I had was very young, kept calling me "bro", and was literally playing a video game on his phone while he was giving me a pedicure! I had yellow polish on my toes from the last pedicure I had here. The technician was scrubbing them with a tool and I told him that it was regular polish, not shellac. He said I know, and kept going over them with this metal tool, which was a little painful. Then he cut my toenails with the polish still on, removed the polish, and barely filed my toenails. He tried scrubbing my feet awkwardly, which was very ticklish so he just stopped. Then he took some water out of the foot bath and put it all over my legs and rubbed them down with a scrub and then removed it. I received no lotion, and then he placed hot towels on each of my feet. The technician said that something bit him and went into the back room for a while. When he returned he was playing the game on his phone. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. There were no other customers or employees working when I received my pedicure which was strange because they are usually busy and it was only 4:00. When the nail tech painted my toenails it was very rushed, he barely let the base coat dry and he began applying the polish. I've included pictures so you can see the terrible paint job, my dry feet and yellow nail polish still visible from my last appointment. I also have a rash from the aggressive scrubbing. I let the polish dry under one of the dryers but it was hard to see the details due to dim lighting. When I got out to my car in the sun I was very disappointed. My feet were much better off BEFORE this pedicure.
