Always delicious! There's always a long line and there's a reason -fresh, delicious food! We typically get the 4 side plates and kabobs. The homemade pita is so good, served warm right from the oven behind the cashiers. The sugar free cheesecake is very good, too. Kale salad, spanokopita, fruit salad, potatoes, it's all so good. Parking is a bit hectic on weekends, just a heads up.

Sassool checks all my boxes for a flavorful, nourishing Lebanese Mediterranean meal. I've heard high praises about their delicious meals and decided to order delivery this afternoon. The portions are generous and the meals are so nutritious and flavorful. I decided on the Pick 4 and chose the roasted beet salad, falafel, jalapeño cilantro hummus and Mediterranean chicken salad. I also ordered a chicken kabob with greens. The jalapeño cilantro hummus and pita was a hit for me. The roasted beet salad with mint leaves was so flavorful ! The falafel was tasty but could have been warmer. Everything was perfect and I have food leftover for tomorrow. I also ordered a cheesecake as a treat for later. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

I really liked the choice of creating my own tray and having different options to choose from.

My favorite Mediterranean place is Raleigh! The food here is delicious and fresh. Since you're reading this, Charlie's Kabob Grill is also amazing! But back to the review: I love the food here and the fresh baked pita bread! We usually get the kabob platter with kafta and steak (15.99) with two sides: tabouli and hummus. The platter comes with rice and some toum (garlic paste) but we like to order an extra one (try dipping the pita in the garlic paste!). We love the hot and fresh pita bread, right out of the oven. It can get very busy but usually it's quick service. You order at the counter, pay, get a number, get a table and they'll bring your food to your table. They also have a store with lots of Mediterranean ingredients and other foods.

Second time and the food was amazing! Fresh tasty. I would give more stars if I could. Chicken kabobs tender and juicy. Go and try they have many locations in the triangle

Food: 4 Service: 4 Ambience: 4 Date/Time: 10/15/2024 7pm Crowd: 1/2 full + lots of take-out orders Order: Chicken Kabob combo plate w/hummus & grape leaves Hadn't been here in awhile and it looks like they've picked a lot of fans since. It seems to be crowded most every time I come here! The little grocery area in the back left side is pretty well stocked and has quite a bit of a selection of items. The order line in the back right offers a wide selection of both cold & hot sides and main dishes from the display or the grill. As you make your way past the order counter, the desserts look awesome and tempting! The folks behind the order counter are all good and efficient as well as the pay counter. And don't forget to get your hot pita when you pay! Back toward the front when you enter, the 2 dining areas are to the immediate left and right, with a small area in the grocery area in back. The place is on the noisy side when it gets full (most of the time) but if you can get a table on the left side as you enter, it shields you a little bit. Definitely recommended!

I love Sassool and I can literally eat here daily. I enjoy the salmon burger, kale salad and rice. I don't believe there is anything on the menu that I dislike. I've enjoyed the lamb, stuff dates and baklava as well. The staff here are always rushing, so it's easy to be overlooked if you're not approaching and immediately giving an order. The space is always nice and clean. I always find a clean table and the restaurant is well lit. It is loud in here but once you take the first bite from your food you'll never notice. I like to enjoy mine as take out.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots to stop by. This is a place where I love the kebabs, but I wouldn't suggest getting the sandwich options that they have. The kebabs and the sides are where they really shine and you can appreciate all the flavor. They have some really great cold and hot sides and their desserts are amazing. I love the baba ghanoush and always get it with olives and oil. It feels like you're in a gas station shop the way that it is set up, but it is really good food for a great price. This is really great for anyone who's trying to be healthy and have some balanced lunch options. The service is very quick and you're able to get your food in a timely manner. It is a good option for sit down or take away. This is a super casual lunch spot.

We ordered the grape leaves, baklava, namoora and tabbouli. I am Lebanese and these are staples in our home. The grape leaves were extremely dry and tough. The rice was very undercooked and the leaves themselves were so dry and tough we could barely chew through them. We ordered 12 and thought maybe it was a fluke but all 12 were completely inedible and we threw them out immediately. The baklava was okay, nothing to write home about. Very simple syrup forward and you couldn't taste much else (we ordered the walnut). The namoora was stale. Very dry. Namoora should melt in your mouth with with a slight chew. This was again, tough and stale. We threw those out as well. Lastly, our favorite salad, tabbouli. The lemon taste was nonexistent. The parsley wasn't chopped fine as Tabbouli should be. It was a watery mess. Overall, we won't be back. We spent over $75 on 4 items and left feeling hungry and bamboozled. There are other Lebanese food spots to visit in the Raleigh area, I will stick to those. Please do better when representing Lebanese cuisine. 15 workers behind the counter can seem like you're doing something right but in the end, it all comes down to the freshness and authenticity of what you are claiming to serve.

I usually order the two chicken skewer kabobs with rice, a super salad, and the jalapeño cilantro hummus. The hummus is *so* good that I often grab a small container to take with me when I travel. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients, especially with olive oil as a base. Although it's located in downtown Raleigh, it was easy to find and get to from the interstate. Parking was easy, with a paid public lot conveniently located up the block behind the building. Inside, the food hall had a lively atmosphere with dozens of vendors offering a wide variety of cuisines, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they wanted. Despite the number of people, none of the lines were particularly long. There was plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating, so finding a place to eat wasn't difficult. I also appreciated that they provided a self-serve water station with ice-cold water and cups for anyone who didn't want to purchase a drink from one of the vendors. There was also a proper bar with both a bartender and barstool seating if you wanted to pull up a stool and enjoy a beverage. The entire facility was clean and well maintained, including the restrooms, which were well stocked during our visit. The outdoor patio was especially nice, with a mix of shaded and sunny seating areas. While we were there, a local dog rescue was hosting an adoption event where visitors could meet puppies. It was fun to see families, kids, and adults enjoying the event, and the dog-friendly patio made the atmosphere even more welcoming. If you're visiting Raleigh with a group or simply can't decide what you're in the mood to eat, Morgan Street Food Hall is an excellent option thanks to its variety, clean facilities, and inviting atmosphere.
