My fiancé and I took her Super Bowl ring down to Morgan's Jewelers in Wakefield on Valentine's Day this year and asked to have the diamonds from my mom's ring made into my wedding band, so that in this new chapter of my life, no matter what, she'll always be carried with me. My mom adored James with her whole heart, and I know that she is probably smiling in heaven knowing that my promise was kept and used on something that I'll wear for the rest of my life with the love of it as well.
