Took a Citizens watch in to have the battery replace. Got home and realized that the watch wasn't running. Decided to go to another jeweler. Found out that they replaced the transistor with a battery. the incorrect replacement caused internal damage. Decided to send to watch to Citizen. The fix will cost $185. The employees are very attentive, professional and courteous but I won't take anything that needs to be fixed there. read more

Jewelry: Top notch quality! they provide the best and most clear diamonds you will find, for an affordable price! When shopping in the chains stores at the mall etc, I have found that jewelry don't have the same quality and they are 3, 4 x more expensive. I have everything from necklaces, to my gorgeous engagement ring - that they helped my Fiance customize just for ME!!! Really do not recommend. I brought in a bracelet that had previously been broken and repaired at another location. It has broken again since it is so thin, therefore I brought it in to this store in hopes of not having to travel so far to have it repaired. When I first had it repaired, it was done the same day and it was simply sauntering the two ends of the bracelet together. This time the woman I spoke to examined the bracelet for a while and stated that it was a very complicated bracelet and a very complicated repair. She stated she could only have the bracelet back to me in five days due to short staff. She also quoted me a higher price than I had previously paid for my original repair and also mentioned that it could be even more than that. After that encounter I went to another jewelry store and they said they could have it to me by the next day (no mention of how "complicated" my bracelet was, as I couldn't imagine how complicated it was) and quoted me the price that I had paid for my original repair. I was baffled by the difference in experience at both local stores. When going to jewelers I look for genuine people and not ones that try to squeeze you for money. That being said, I would not recommend Peroni's Jewelry. read more

My wife and I were very pleased with our decision to work with Maicon and absolutely adore the custom 18 kt gold wedding band he made for us! The staff worked with me to nail down EVERY single detail that I wanted -- they sourced a number of stones for me to look at, exactly to my specifications; they talked me through how each piece would look; they sent me pictures and videos of the ring being made; and most importantly, they took the time to build this beautiful piece of jewelry from scratch. My fiancee now has an engagement ring that is completely unique -- one of a kind. Ever since I gave it to her, she has gotten comments every single day on how beautiful it is. I have 2 custom pieces and 1 item from the display case i got from them. My engagement ring and wedding band and a pendant of the Sugar loaf mountain in Rio. I love both pieces! BecUse i Got my Wedding band set with them, I can take it into their shop and I have on many occaisions to get it polished so it looks like new The pendant didnt come out the way i expected so i took it there and they fixed it for me and didnt charge me a dime. The other piece is a pendant of a little girl because i have a daughter, but i dont believe that was made there. Anyway... I have been following them on fb so i see they are constantly running specials or a sale on all items in the display- wich is awesome because i want it all lol. read more

I went to Peroni's because of their convenient location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I didn't ask for much - I brought a 10K gold for resizing, and they were upfront in that they would need to use a different karat gold for my purposes. I was fine with that, and gave them the date by which I would need the resizing. I picked up my order today and I was blown away. I couldn't even tell that they had made alterations. The price was reasonable, and it fit my finger perfectly. I dealt with multiple employees, each of whom was personable and honest about the transaction. I'm not sure that I'll need a jeweler's services in the near future, but if I do, I'll be back at Peroni's in a heartbeat. So thank you to the Peroni's staff- you guys are great! read more
