We were greeted with snacks and drinks and she was so accommodating and patient with my kids. Jennifer is committed to doing your nails in a way that'll strengthen the integrity of your nail. This is especially apparent in her technique of nail prep. Not something you see in many nail salons. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She takes her time and will redo something until she gets it right and everyone is happy. I first saw her for a gel manicure where she HAND PAINTED the checkered pattern one little square at a time. Then, I told her how I've dealt with super dry and deeply cracked heels for as long as I can remember and she got me in right away to start a series of 3-4 pedicures where she focuses on slowly, carefully, and gently smoothing out tough and thick calluses, the right way, restoring a healthy heel. But this time I had her cut it too and she used a totally different technique that she developed and my hair came out amazing. Even me doing my hair at home without styling it just putting product in and it looks great! My husband had his hair cut too and loved the way she did it. He usually gets home and starts snipping at his hair himself but not this time.
