I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I called to ask a simple question about whether first-time customers receive any discount. Instead of answering my question, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me a six-session package. I asked the same question multiple times, but they kept avoiding it and continued pushing the package. I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. I love the new location - it's on the second floor or a much bigger building with a security guard in the lobby. It feels safer and the facilities are like 10x larger.
