Excellent fresh seafood restaurant with a touch of Baja California! This is a family style…read morerestaurant with a wide variety of delicious seafood as well as some other Mexican favorites. I had the fresh tuna tostadas and some marlin empanadas. They were excellent, with a beautiful presentation and exquisite flavor. The place gets quite busy, and I'm told that on a Sunday you may have to wait two hours to get in! It is informal, and there is no air conditioning, so on a hot day like today they had fans with misters. While it was still warm it was not uncomfortably so. There is a secure private parking lot across the street, catty corner from the restaurant. There is also some limited street parking. Everything seemed clean and in order. I did not see the bathrooms. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. While we were there some mariachis came in adding to the joyful cacophony of the atmosphere. If you're looking for a great seafood place look no further. However if you're looking for a quiet romantic dinner with your wife, you might need to consider someplace else.

This is the best sarandeado seafood restaurant in Guadalajara. Got the opportunity of visiting this…read morerestaurant last May and it wasn't a dissapointment. Recommended by a closed friend this restaurant definitely delivered. We ordered the different seafood sarandeado trays and my God it was amazingly cooked. This place was packed and the set up is like a warehouse. They have a very decent tequila selection. The only reason I did knock one star is because service wasn't great and they keep shutting down the fans so we can leave. We had to talked to management about it because they were kids at the table, it was extremely hot and we kept ordering food even though they were about to close. Overall it is a great restaurant but these concerns should get addressed for an Stellar experience.

If You're looking for sea food you come in the right place…read more We order a big seafoods plate called parillada zarandeada as we were 4. It was a delicious and very fresh as the probably get fishes from the pacific 5 hrs from there. It consists of shrimps, fish ( i don't know wich one), snapper( that is a pargo in english)a piece of meat with bacon on a big plate aling with carrots, cucumber and celery. Everything was delicious and another way to taste Mexican cuisine. The decoration is really nice (sorry no pictures cause my cell was broken). Service is good, the only problem is that nobody here can speak english, when i wanted to pay the waiter can't speak a word in english. I cannot believe in the 2nd biggest city of Mexico a restaurant can't serve tourists in english as in El Coyote they were more than able to help me, so a star less for that. It's a chance i was with my girlfriend and our friends as they speak spanish. Especially a sea food chain with 5 restaurants.

If you think "How can you go and eat Seafood when nowhere near is an ocean" come here and try it…read moreyourself. The restaurant has a good menu with a lot of different seafood dishes. I had a lobster tail myself and it was simply delicious. My friends and collegues were also happy with their choices. If you don't like fish you can have different styles of meat. Okay, it's not the cheapest place to eat and the location of the terrace is not choose perfectly because the orientation is directly to the road and you always hear the traffic noise, you can't see the vehicles because there are hedges avoiding that but as said you can recognize the noise. The waiters are realy nice and attentive and aer always there if you want to order something. All in All it's a great place to eat seafood.... (PS.: They have an english menu but there was a problem with the translation, better use the spanish one to be realy sure... but the waiters can help you if something isn't clear - they speak english)
