I've been dealing with the for 6 years and the service only gets worse.. Ron the owner/manager is a coward and makes his employees do his dirty work, by lying to the customers, because he's not man enough to face the customer. It was a nightmare when I bought my pool and spa 6 years ago and it still is today waiting on them to service my spa, wait a month for a no call/no show and when I called I was told that the computers were down and they had no way of get the work orders, however one guy was on a service call and one was supposedly out sick. I am SUPPOSE to hear from them today. I'm sure this won't happen. Again WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Please don't do it to yourself and stress yourself over broken promise... Update I spoke to Michelle today and see seemed to really care about customer service, she had Nick and Mike come out today and look, both of them were very professional and nice... They are coming back to put a circuit board on, we product arives...

I had a spa with a small leak in the jet supply hoses. Leisure Lifestyles came out and attempted…read moreto repair 3 separate times in 2016/17. The repair employee said that the hoses were beginning to dry rot and that I would continue to get leaks unless I replaced the hoses with a kit. I opted to do that and they asked that I let them take it to Columbus (I live in Centerville, GA and at the time they had a store in Macon, GA.) so lthey could leak test prior to returning. They picked up the Spa in June 2017. That was the last I saw of it, except for a visit to their facility in July 2018. Ron, the manager, came up with numerous excuses. First after replacing the hoses, he stated that a pump had failed. Then it was stated that is was an old spa and he was trying to find a pump. I located one in about 10 minutes. Next he was stating that he had been sick, a relative was sick, etc. Then he stated that he could not get the control board to work. This went on for a couple of weeks. Finally, I was called in early Oct. 2018 and told that they were moving and needed to dispose of my spa. He offered to bring it back or trash it in place. We worked out an agreement that he would remit the money I had paid, and to cut my losses and not really knowing the condition of the spa, I told him to trash it. It has now been over two months since we agreed; I have not been able to get him to respond to any form of communication; I have not received the money to which we agreed; and I have found others that have lost over 25 time as much as I. Not a place to do business. In fact, with no answer on Ron's phone of the Business Phone, I would not be surprised if they are out of business owing a good deal of money to a number of people.

After calling more pool companies and told them what happened they laughed and said that he probably couldn't do in June what he quoted in January because of some price increases on material. I know that prices are up but why not just tell me how much more money that he needed and I would have paid more because I'm in business myself and I understand the business world. I am highly disappointed in the service I received here. I purchased a hot tub with a warranty and…read moreneeded a replacement part. A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

BUT, there were two specific issues that ruined it all for us. # 2 especially. 1. The salesperson said the salt system he would install would control the pump and would also cause the pump to operate automatically when the water temp neared freezing. What he brought and installed had no such features and the company that he buys from told me that they had NEVER made equipment that would control the pump. He refused to lower the price for that system so I had to purchase my own timer for controlling the pump motor and install it myself. 2. The concrete surround is TERRIBLE LOOKING. The areas around the coping were not floated down such that the hardened concrete is raised above the plane of the coping. They ground this down in a couple of places and now the gravel in the concrete mix is visible and VERY unattractive. For this reason they stopped and did not do it all. There are at least 5 places where water does not shed off of the concrete so pooled water will freeze in Winter creating slippery conditions and potential spalling of the surface when the frozen water expands. There are also footprints in the surface because they returned to install the pool bottom sooner than they should because the concrete had not properly cured. The sales person did not seem to care and only gave me a $600 discount on the total cost of the project after a long heated discussion. I have gotten 1 estimate from a concrete contractor that is quite expensive and he will not guarantee that it will look much better. If you use this company, I would suggest asking for written documentation for the equipment to be installed and asking for the specific pricing for work that may not be included in the quoted price. If you don't want the pump and filter right beside the pool, they will charge extra for placing it further out than that. We asked that it be placed approx 30 ft away which I did not think would be a problem but he charged me $50 a foot after doing this. Was not indicated on the quote document.

For someone who's booked out a year, he answered me within 5 mins and was at my house within the hour. *He even FaceTimed me to see what the issue was after he left and it did it again. Somehow we had a leak in the motor, and he found a way to replace it and save me money.... All within hours of the text.
