Somehow we had a leak in the motor, and he found a way to replace it and save me money.... All within hours of the text. The other one is a male plant and the plumes aren't the beautiful plumes that I was told I was getting. When I called, they didn't even know that there are male and female pampas grass plants. They talked down to me, instead of looking it up to find there are in fact male and female plants. I recommend people not buy plants from people who don't have a clue as to what they're selling. Even Walmart would be a better option than these unknowledgeable, rude people.

I had some time to look around, inside and outside in the greenhouse, and I saw a lot of decorative items, like statuaries, bird baths and seasonal items that are unique. I'm a fan of plants and flowers that aren't found at every other store so I will go back to do some major shopping when it gets closer to spring. This is not part of a retail chain and is locally owned and oby the owners themselves and I prefer to "shop local" and give them my business. So sad to see this nursery has closed. Outstanding service before and after the sale!…read more My wife and I had the great pleasure of working with Rusty in sales on our needs for a suitable tractor. Rusty was full of wisdom, and patience. At no time did we feel any pressure whatsoever. His service after the sale was just as amazing! We were further surprised and elated by Scott, the service writer. He contacted us about 3 months after the sale to see if we had any questions. He also asked if we were happy with our purchase, and asked whether we had any questions. I mentioned a small leak at my grapple fittings, and intermittent error codes that appeared on occasion. He spoke with service, and they suggested we bring it in to read the codes. I brought the tractor in a few days later. He and the service team had the leak fixed and the random codes reset within a day. Since then, no further codes have appeared. I can't say enough about the pre-sale, sale, after the sale, and service experience we received from the folks at Sun South Barnesville. We highly recommend these fine folks and will always use them for our tractor or implement needs.
