Sauced never disappoints me, about 4 years ago they hosted my rehearsal dinner. The owner Christina is the sweetest, and very knowledgeable. My husband and I are vegan and they have an extensive vegan menu, from appetizers to even desserts. They can even make their bread sticks vegan using cashew butter. My last trip there was just as amazing as always, Christina welcomed me with a big hug, I was celebrating Father's Day with my dad. I ordered the vegan meat lovers pizza with mushrooms added. It was too much for just me, so I brought some home to the husband. We finished it this morning. 2nd Visit, Sept 2026: Came in for a quick weekday lunch, no one there, ordered 1/2 salad & 1/2 meatball sandwich, no food at 15 or 20 minutes, so asked young girl hostess/server and assured food coming "soon", at 25 minutes or so, my meatball sandwich arrived, "ok" only & salad NEVER delivered as ordered, so cancelled it as my meatball sandwich arrived as now @ 30 mins there & had to return to work. Came here after the new ownership took over and I'm seriously impressed! The food was so fresh and everything tasted amazing. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the salad was super fresh too. You can definitely tell they care about the quality of the food. We've seen Sauced for a while -- it replaced a longstanding Italian/pizza place in PB. However, one day we took a look at the menu and discovered they had many vegan options, so Sauced became a must-do for my wife and I. Stopped by one Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by the super friendly owner who walked us through the menu and made some suggestions. We ordered spaghetti with "meat" sauce, a pizza with vegan cheese and mushrooms, and fettuccine alfredo. The pizza was especially good, the spaghetti very good, and the fettuccine just OK -- needed more seasoning, kinda bland. Overall, very pleased with the food and the service. After almost a year of "thinking" about trying Sauced Pizzeria I finally decided to place an order and try it today and what I've learned is I've been missing out! I usually don't order pizza with ranch or white sauce but I tried the bacon chicken and ranch pizza and it might be one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Their meatballs and marina sauce also have great flavor. The inside is a very classic nostalgic vibe and it made me wish I was dining in. When I picked up my order the owner double checked my order to make sure I was walking out with the correct items and she was very kind. What a great little hidden gem! I visited for the first time today. My friend and I were immediately greeted at the door by the owner. She was so friendly and welcoming. Already off to a great start!
