A plate of chicken raps

Food was delicious and good for the money. Service was on time and readily accessible. The restaurant was clean and not over crowded.

First time at Sauced Taproom -- solid 3/5 experience! Ambiance: Great vibe -- casual, modern, and welcoming. The lighting and TVs make it a good hangout spot for both food and drinks. Service: Shoutout to our server who was super friendly and personable! He made us feel welcome right away and offered helpful suggestions for us first-timers. Somehow the kitchen or server forgot to bring out our appetizer. Food: * Pork Sandwich was the highlight -- full of flavor and cooked just right. * Fries were a little disappointing -- cold and lacking crispiness or seasoning. * Empanadas were just okay -- they looked great but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The filling needed more seasoning or something. Drinks: nicely served. Overall, we'd come back to try a few other things on the menu. A few food items were hit or miss, but the service and vibe were nice.

They participate in Scene Magazine's Cleveland Burger week. This restaurant is in a small store front on Detroit Road. I noticed that they have happy hour specials, the picture is from June of 2025.

Came here as our Stop #1 during CLE Burger Week, and it was a great place to start! Given the Covid-19 life we are currently leading, we felt very safe and comfortable at the indoor seating just inside the wide open patio doors. Given it was Happy Hour when we arrived, we ordered our first round of drinks and some wings that were on special (five for $4). The wings with a buffalo sauce had a nice heat with crispness on the outside wings and juicy meat on the inside. The wings were not drowning in sauce, yet had the unmistakable taste of a traditional wing. After a second round of drinks, our burgers and fries arrived. The jalapeno popper burger was delicious...they told us ran 'em through a pizza oven to grill it along with the poppers on top. The T-Rex sauce was tangy and had a "bite" to it and the grilled brioche bun held up with the both that and the creamy bacon spread; what a gooey mess (in a good way!). The fry flight was a fun idea with a basket of fresh cut fries and four dipping sauces to create combinations with (garlic aioli, T-Rex sauce, red pepper aioli and a Cleveland BBQ based sauce). We like two of the four sauces. This was a fantastic start to a week of burger indulgences...and we will most certainly be back!

Worth it for the pickle pizza alone. A great selection of beers and friendly bartenders as well. Place is a vibe.

Perhaps scheduling of staff should be re-evaluated, especially on weekends and holidays. We went to Sauced on Father's Day to have two growlers filled, at approximately 12:30pm. There was ONE staff member visible. One, with several tables and handful of people at the bar. We waited 15 minutes for growlers fills-- I can sympathize with the delay, due to lack of staffing.. However, the process in which the growlers were filled and sent home was unacceptable. The beer was poured without any tubing resulting in an incredible amount of head and beer waste. We drove home (thankfully only 10 minutes) and by then the beer had settled.. our growlers were 1/2 full. We returned and the situation was rectified, but they never should've been sent off that way.

I've been here a couple times and every single time it's been absolutely amazing!! I've gone for the empanada and margarita specials on Wednesdays. Everyone who works here is so nice! One time, I messaged them on Instagram about a vegetarian empanada and they were more than accommodating! I salivate just thinking about this place! I've had three different empanada flavors and every single one has been delicious !!!! The only downside is that it's always so cold! Ha ha. And there's usually not many people in there. :/

I visited for Cleveland Wing week. The staff was very friendly. I was able to place my to go order in advance which was very convenient. I tried two of the flavors they offered; Fancy Sauce and Cereal Crust. They both had a different taste and were good. The cereal on one gave it a nice taste. There was also a secondary flavor on it though that took the cereal taste away from it a little.

If you're looking for the best beer list in Cleveland it's here. I find a new favorite beer every time I come here I wish I was kidding. The wings are always really good too!

We went to Sauced for the first time tonight. I looked at Yelp reviews before we went and we almost skipped it because of them. But, we were pleasantly surprised. The place definitely has more of a bar (than restaurant) atmosphere. There are a ton of beers on tap, unfortunately many are IPAs. If you're into IPAs, you're in luck! They have imaginative and tasty cocktails, which were a big draw for me, to be honest. The food was NOT typical bar food. I got the chicken pesto sandwich and it was really, really good. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and he was equally happy with his choice. The service was great and we would go back again.

50 beers on tap! Great selection of tasty beers, plus option to do a flight if you want to try different types. I enjoyed the Neapolitan white stout. The food menu has a wide variety of options from the pretzel to pizza slices, salads, bowls and more. I had the Basic Bowl with chicken, was tasty yet slightly spicy. They have menu options to order their way or your way where you can custom order anything. Service was efficient and friendly, food came out in a timely manner and prices are good. The Pretzel was smaller than expected and different than most pretzels maybe since it's made in house. Was tasty however. Looking forward to coming back and trying other menu options next time.

We shared the BBQ Burger pizza with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce and it was mind altering.

I visited with my friend Olga's book club for a book club discussion on Tuesday evening, 20 January…read more2026. My group were supposed to go to Habesha Ethiopian restaurant for dinner and book club but they were closed so we found ourselves at PJ's Irish Pub. AMBIANCE -- Dimmer light but not too dark inside. Typical, traditional bar look and feel. Lots of booth tables plus a center bar area with chairs around it. DRINKS -- I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on their drink offerings but considering that this is an Irish Pub, they must have lots of options to choose from such as beer. FOOD -- Their menu is large with dishes such as pot pie, tacos, meatloaf, etc. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I just ordered 2 beef tacos that came with tomatoes but I forgot to ask for it to come without cheese. So, I had to remove the shredded cheese from it. There was a lot of cheese on the tacos too. The tacos were fine - simple enough and the beef tasted just right. This pub is probably more known for their drinks but I may be wrong. Everyone on my table seemed to enjoy their dinner. I noticed someone ordered meatloaf, another for a chicken pot pie, another had a big plate of broccoli with something else (the broccoli looked tasty), and so on. SERVICE (5/5) -- our group was treated well. We were greeted upon walking in plus our server took our orders at a reasonable time. PARKING -- Not the best like most places in the area because it is street parking only but I was very lucky to find a street parking spot right in the front of the pub. You can probably park at the shopping district parking lot across the street where a gas station is located. Overall, although I wasn't expecting to even visit PJ McIntyre's Irish Pub on that cold January evening, it was a nice enough experience (mostly FUN because of the book club group rather than the food). The beef tacos that I ordered were fine and a fair price (around $6.50 total). I most likely won't be back since I don't drink alcohol and I hardly visit pubs or bars for dinner. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 11/250 total reviews in 2026 - 852 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 February 2026

My waitress (Renee) immediately greeted me, she was friendly & professional and offered to take my drink order, since I was ready, she took my order, fish & chips which comes with a cup of coleslaw. The food arrived fairly quickly and I was impressed at the size of the meal. A large fillet perfectly fried and crispy. The fries were ok, but they do offer malt vinegar on the side and a the tartar sauce was good. The place definitely has that old English pub feel and appeared to be clean and orderly. I would definitely dine here again, when flying in or out of Cleveland Hopkins.

The sandwiches ($21) came with pub chips which I was good with. My husband wanted fries instead so he paid $3 more for fries. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese or aioli/mayo. I did ask for honey mustard instead and was charged $1.00 for a tiny cup of it. But did they take some money off for the removal of cheese or aioli?? The sandwich itself was good but it was on the smaller side. I can never finish a whole sandwich but I finished this one. Service was good for an airport restaurant. We did try to find a table with outlets to charge our phones and they didn't have any.
